Pres. Trump shares Torrance Co. 2022 Primary audit findings: ‘Out of control’

Recently, Torrance County performed an audit of its 2022 Primary Election result, which was reported by The Gateway Pundit to have shown differences between hand-counted ballots and those run through machines.

The audit, which was done by the New Mexico Audit Force led by David Clements, was reported by CD Media to have shown “a stunning 25% difference between machine and hand count results.”

On Clements’ Telegram page, he wrote, “All 24 of the Dominion tabulator SD cards from the 2022 Primary have been entered into evidence with the Sheriff’s office.”

In another post, he noted regarding the audit, “Torrance County 83 voters were no longer on the rolls one month after the primary. They may never have been there in the first place. Only 1,600 votes in this county – i.e. they’re missing 5% of their voters. 44 addresses could not be found by the County’s assessor’s office. Oops.”

He noted how it appeared Democrat primary votes were “pretty close,” but issues ran into those of Republican candidates.

“Democrat votes were pretty close. Republican votes were way off. All of the ballots were processed on the same tabulators. These party-specific errors happened on all the tabulators across the county regardless of whether the voter voted absentee, early or on election day. I’d call that machine manipulation, wouldn’t you?”

The story appeared to strike a nerve, with even President Donald J. Trump posting about it via his Truth Social account. He wrote, “New Mexico was out of control in 2020!”

As Election Day rolls around, Republicans are expected to make sweeping gains across the country and in New Mexico, with the governorship and many other races looking good for the GOP. Election Day is November 8th, and early voting has already begun, ending on November 5th.

Opinion: The time is now

Reject the one-party rule at all costs! Democrats have weaponized the DOJ, FBI, and the IRS against you and your families. The media will push a certain narrative to fit the elitists’ agenda. The media is known for feeding you disinformation and forcing you to reject what you know is true.

America is at a pinnacle tipping point. We are headed for a socialistic regime of one-party rule where the opposition will silence, raid, and remove anyone who speaks out against the Democrats and their operatives. True Americans must now stand up and fight back against this ideal; we must reject this nation’s Joe Biden, Gavin Newsom, and Michele Lujan-Grisham. We must ensure that we elect real Americans to this office and pursue them to uphold and maintain the constitution of the state of New Mexico and the United States of America.

The point of no return is upon us. The Democrat elites will take any measure to silence you.  They will start by watching how you move your money, just like how they watch what you say on social media, then they will silence you for your beliefs and freeze you out of your assets.

While not everyone likes 45th President Trump, remember, if they can raid his home, who’s to say they won’t raid yours? The current leadership of the US government is no longer for law and order. They no longer wish to uphold the rule of law. Instead, it will be used as a weapon against anyone they deem harmful to their plans this November and beyond. We must elect real Americans and show the elites in Santa Fe and Washington that we will not lose our freedoms to their show of totalitarianism against our republic.

Reject the hurt that Joe Biden and the Democrats have placed on you and your family; reject the media for echoing the establishment’s decree that we should be grateful that they brought down gas prices by 40 cents. We are not peasants of the Democrat and GOP establishment elites: we are their bosses. We, the American people, need to remember that we are not electing our oppressors but our representatives who work for us. It is high time they remember that the American people are in charge of this union.

In November, we must send a message that we, the American people, will not become the second Roman Empire and crumble. This Republic will not fall from within. We will not bow to this type of fear-mongering and oppression.

For far too long, the American people have allowed the establishment and elites to go unchecked, and they must be put back in their place. It is important not to remain idle. It was President Trump’s house that got raided this year next year, it may be your house. We must remove all Democrats who applaud this tyranny and who vote to raise your taxes during the worst inflation in over 40 years.

The time is now for the American people to stand with one voice and reject totalitarianism that the Democrats and GOP establishment are trying to push on us, the American people. We are the makers of our own destiny, and we will not allow this regime to put us on our knees and force us to lick the scraps from their boots.

The time for the Democrats to be removed from power is now. The time for the DOJ, FBI, and IRS to be cleansed of their political bias, if not abolished for their treason, is now. These unspeakable acts of terror that have been placed on American citizens are egregious, while the elites like Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, Hillary Clinton, and Michele Lujan-Grisham and all their operatives place themselves above the law must end. Now, my fellow Americans, it is time to make a stand, or our children will have nothing left to stand on.

Dem Party-affiliated attorneys attempt to get Trump’s NM attorneys disbarred

On Thursday, it was reported that six Democrat attorneys in New Mexico are petitioning the state Supreme Court to disbar attorneys who worked on lawsuits for President Donald J. Trump following the 2020 General Election in New Mexico. Those lawyers are Albuquerque-based personal injury attorney and Texas-based attorney Michael Smith.

“While the lawsuit did not make any specific allegations of voting fraud or irregularities, it alleged Secretary of State Maggie Toulouse Oliver had overstepped her legal authority by authorizing use of the ballot drop boxes amid the coronavirus pandemic,” the Albuquerque Journal reported.

The 31-page petition demands the Court references GOP electors delivered to Congress in case the results skewed from Joe Biden winning the state to Trump.

The petition was filed by former state Democrat Party chairman John Wertheim asking the Supreme Court to appoint a special counsel to investigate and then publicly release the findings of the probe.

The petition was also signed by ex-Albuquerque Mayor Martin Chávez.

The New Mexico Supreme Court previously denied petition requests in February 2021 to investigate the attorneys involved in the Trump campaign lawsuit.

But Chávez, Wertheim, and the other attorneys claim new testimony regarding Mike Pence’s legal counsel Greg Jacob brought forth new details via Democrat U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s partisan January 6th Committee.

“In that memo, Jacob says Trump attorney John Eastman, a Santa Fe resident, proposed the vice president could delay reading the electoral certificates for fives states – including New Mexico – until legislators in those states could certify which of the competing slate of electors for each state was ‘true and correct’ in their claims of victory,” the Journal noted.

It was reported last week that Eastman’s phone was seized by federal agents while the attorney ate lunch in town. Eastman later decried these tactics by the FBI while appearing on Fox News’ Tucker Carlson Tonight.

Dow ad hits Ronchetti over 2019 climate change, anti-Trump comments

On Tuesday, state Rep. Rebecca Dow released a new advertisement showing fellow Republican gubernatorial candidate Mark Ronchetti’s ties to George Soros-funded groups, first reported by the Piñon Post in 2020. Ronchetti addressed a “climate change” event in 2019 at the University of New Mexico, where he pledged to work with climate activists

As we previously reported:

The radical group Ronchetti partnered with, Climate 350, is currently funding a campaign called “Vote Climate” that plans to use people in the media to help “educate” the public, namely REPUBLICAN VOTERS who they believe do not acknowledge the “science of climate change.”

Dow’s campaign wrote about the ad in an email to supporters, “Not only are we battling Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and their liberal crony MLG – but we’re fighting a two-front war against a well-funded fake Republican using DC establishment money to sell the fairy tale that he is still a Republican.”

“Even though he ADMITTED he wasn’t a Republican anymore, because of ‘the orange one’… Three guesses who he’s insulting,” referring to Ronchetti’s jab at President Donald J. Trump.

“That’s right. He’s not only a Never Trumper, but a Soros-backed climate activist and a PRETENDER to the Republican nomination,” added Dow’s team.

Watch the ad, which is titled “Pretender,” below:

Triggered by ‘Let’s Go, Brandon’ chant, legislator claims Trump is a ‘flagrant piece of s**t’

Far-left state Rep. Liz Thomson (D-Bernalillo) has long been an opponent of conservatives and pretty much anyone who remotely disagrees with her.

Thomson has long been known for her personal attacks against fellow New Mexicans, demeaning them as “uneducated” for asking questions about the virus jab and claiming in one rant, “Anyone who continues to back the orange traitor (apparently referring to President Donald Trump) after the terrorist attack, is forever branded with a scarlet S for seditionist.”

She also called concerned parents asking questions about the jab for their kids “low iq voters.” Then, Thomson snitched on fellow citizens to the attorney general regarding pandemic mandates.

She then compared law enforcers to the Ku Klux Klan and called law-abiding gun owners “thugs.”

Now, she has continued in her personal and explicit political Twitter rants, this time jabbing at 45th President Donald J. Trump.

Thomson shared a post reading, “When you say ‘Let’s go, Brandon’ you might as well advertise yourself as a nearly politically illiterate, unoriginal, cult-following fool who wandered willingly behind the flock of the loudest voices around you into hating a man that you don’t actually know anything about.”

The post continued that Trump was a “flagrant piece of s**t.”

Thomson wrote, “This is spot on.”

During the recent special legislative session dedicated to redistricting, Thomson responded to her fellow legislators who said the maps being proposed were partisan and gerrymandered. She said, “You get what you get and you don’t throw a fit.” Thomson now appears to continue to have a “fit” on Twitter over President Trump, who she still can’t stop hating.

Leger Fernandez scrapes at the bottom of the barrel to bash Trump, raise cash

In an end-of-the-month fundraising email sent out on Tuesday, Rep. Teresa Leger Fernandez (D-NM-03) used President Donald Trump as a vehicle to attempt to stir up some last-minute donations before the clock hit midnight.

Her email used personal attacks on the 45th President and made far-out claims of abuse of power, as well as racism, misogyny, and what she called “hatred of every kind.”

The first-term Democrat wrote, “We watched for four years as Donald Trump espoused racism, misogyny, and hatred of every kind — while the GOP stood by him. We watched him abuse the power of his high office for his own gain — and the GOP stood by him.”

“It became clear to me that if we were going to secure responsible governance for the people of this nation, leaders would have to stand up and step up to fight for what is right: for justice, decency, the rule of law, and the common good.”

Leger Fernandez, a supporter of abortion up-to-birth, the Green New Deal, and all other positions held by the fringe of the Democrat Party’s farthest left base, appears to be making an argument that she and Democrats are somehow morally superior to President Trump and Republicans by making vague arguments and alluding to buzzwords to belittle Republicans.

As the Democrat claims, “We watched him abuse the power of his high office for his own gain,” but no specific charges are noted. It also appears to be ironic she is using this argument, as she is allies of scandal-ridden alleged serial groper Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham who the New Mexico Supreme Court ruled abused her power in office to usurp authority from the legislative branch.

Lujan Grisham also abused her power to cover up sexual assault allegations of a former staffer with $150,000 in hush money. The apparent victim, James Hallinan, accused the Governor of pouring water over his crotch and then groping him through his jeans.

Despite these horrific actions taken by the Governor, Leger Fernandez has no apparent issue with Lujan Grisham’s abuses of power in office. It appears she is scraping at the bottom of the barrel with her leftist supporters to squeeze them dry of any remaining Trump hatred in the form of campaign donations.

Recently, the National Republican Congressional Committee put Leger Fernandez on an expanded list of Democrat targets in 2022, signaling a glimmer of hope for Northern New Mexico Republicans in the Third District. It is still unclear, however, how district lines will be drawn, with a special legislative session rumored to begin on December 6, 2021.

Maggie Toulouse Oliver explodes over Trump ‘Big Lie’ statement, claims he’s targeting her

In a Sunday statement, President Donald Trump wrote, “I am willing to challenge the heads of the various papers or even far-left politicians, who have perpetuated the Real Big Lie, which is voter irregularities and fraud on a massive and determinative scale”

The 45th President added, “While I am willing to do it, they will never agree because they cannot argue that facts in states including Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, Arizona, Nevada, New Hampshire, and others such as New Mexico, where the Democrat Secretary of State changed the voting laws without legislative approval just prior to the election, making it virtually impossible for the Republican presidential candidate to win.”

The 2020 election, which allegedly had massive fraud, including in New Mexico under the watch of Secretary of State Maggie Toulouse Oliver, with the lack of purging voter rolls, the failure to implement an identification card to vote, ballot harvesting running rampant, and dark money leftist ally groups working overtime to perpetuate the “Big Lie” that voter fraud in the state does not exist.

President Trump’s recent statements targeting Toulouse Oliver have resulted in her freaking out via a fundraising email to her donors, claiming “Trump zeroes in on Maggie.”

The desperate ploy claims President Trump’s statement “is a lie,” bashing him as a “bully.” She also erroneously claimed he is “going after Maggie and our voting rights.”

“We must protect our democracy by standing up to bullies like him. Grassroots donors like you are the lifeblood of our campaign. With our fundraising blackout rapidly approaching, and Trump just getting started on spouting his lies and bullying Maggie, we need to raise as much money as possible,” the email wrote, subsequently asking for campaign funds.

It is unclear why the Toulouse Oliver campaign is claiming “voting rights” are being targeted, as the 45th President zeroed in on fraudulent activity permitted by the Secretary of State, not the right to vote.

Toulouse Oliver faces off against the only declared Republican candidate, conservative activist Audrey Trujillo of Corrales.

In desperate ploy, embattled Gov. Lujan Grisham lashes out at GOP challengers

On Friday, embattled Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham, who has been criticized far and wide for her scandal-ridden tenure full of crotch-grabbing settlements and mismanaging taxpayer funds, is now lashing out at the Republican candidates for governor who are working to fire her in 2022.

In an email to supporters asking for money titled “calling out far-right extremism,” Lujan Grisham, who previously called anti-MLG protesters “QAnon lizard people,” has once again devolved to name-calling and gaslighting.

She wrote, “[A]ll our progress could be wiped away if Trump’s allies take control of the governorship.”

Her email continued:

I’ll be frank: The GOP candidates for Governor are a danger to our state’s progress. These candidates parrot Trump’s lies about the 2020 election and are hellbent on disenfranchising voters. Many of the GOP’s top picks also cater to far-right extremist groups – pushing hateful agendas to take away LGBTQ rights and reproductive freedom and threatening to roll back all of the progress we’ve made in the last two years.

We’ve seen what divisive, radical agendas do to states and their economies. The GOP’s slate of candidates for Governor are out of touch with New Mexicans. If they are elected, it would be disastrous for the people of New Mexico and our state’s economic progress.

… Please, friend, donate $10 – or whatever you can spare – by midnight tonight to help me keep our state safe from far-right extremism:

The latest attacks by Lujan Grisham appear to grasp for straws, bashing Republican opponents as “extremists” for wanting to fight election fraud and trying to claim Republcians’ economic policies would cripple New Mexico, despite her very own policies plunging New Mexicans into poverty while Republican-led states, such as North Dakota and Florida that did not lock down their citizens during the pandemic have rebounded tremendously, outperforming New Mexico’s snail-like recovery.

Three Republicans have announced their runs for governor, including business Karen Bedonie of Mexican Springs, Sandoval County Commissioner Jay Block of Rio Rancho, and Albuquerque financier Greg Zanetti of Albuquerque.

Widower of ABQ homicide victim launches PAC to defeat Mayor Tim Keller

On Monday, it was reported that Sam Vigil, the widower of Jacqueline “Jacque” Vigil, who was killed by an illegal alien, Luis Talamantes-Romero, in their driveway in 2019.

Vigil previously filed a lawsuit against far-left Democrat Mayor Tim Keller and the Albuquerque Police Department (APD) in January blaming Albuquerque’s “sanctuary” policy, in part, for the death of his wife, saying that Talamantes-Romero used Albuquerque as a “home base” for criminal activity, ultimately leading to the tragic death of Mrs. Vigil.

Keller signed a “sanctuary city” resolution passed by the The Albuquerque City Council in 2018, allowing criminal aliens to flood into the city as a safehaven for crime.

The lawsuit alleged, “After this gangster-style shooting, no steps were taken by APD to apprehend Talamantes-Romero or Aguilar, and APD did not inform federal law enforcement that Talamantes-Romero or Aguilar had illegally re-entered the country and committed multiple felony offenses.” It added that APD “ignored this gift from God to avert tragedy and continued to value political principles over the safety and welfare of the citizens of Albuquerque.”

Now, Vigil is the chairman of the “Save Our City committee,” working “to address the serious crime and leadership problem in Albuquerque,” according to the committee’s filing on the City of Albuquerque website.

According to the Albuquerque Journal, Vigil said he is “scared of Albuquerque crime, and ‘something has to be done.’ He said he views Keller – who is seeking a second term in the Nov. 2 election – as the ‘leadership problem.’ And unless Keller makes dramatic policy changes, Vigil sees unseating the mayor as the committee’s central purpose.”

Keller’s campaign manager is Neri Holguin, who has consulted on many far-left Democrat campaigns, including that of Sen. Liz Stefanics (D-Santa Fe), porn star-turned state Rep. Roger Montoya (D-Velarde), Rep. Brian Egolf (D-Santa Fe), Democrat Albuquerque City Councilor Pat Davis, and others. She also is listed as a donor to a group that works to harbor criminal aliens in New Mexico through the courts, the “New Mexico Immigrant Law Center.”

She claimed Keller did what he could to bring justice despite allowing the criminal alien to reside in Albuquerque to begin with through the dangerous “sanctuary city” resolution encouraging aliens to surge into Albuquerque.

“This last year, the Mayor showed nothing less than strong leadership in crisis…. The pandemic, unrest, and national crime trends our city experienced was unparalleled. Much of our comeback today is a result of the Mayor’s decisive action and management of Albuquerque,” said Holguin.

However, Keller has championed rabidly anti-police policies, including returning equipment donated by the Military to APD. He also has spoken on multiple occasions in front of anti-police Antifa-linked protests that resulted in looting and shooting on the streets of Albuquerque.

Previously, Vigil spoke in front of the Republican National Committee in 2020 to support President Donald J. Trump. There, he told the nation the story of his slain wife and the Democrat-run city’s dereliction of duty in handling the case.
