It turns out Michelle Lujan Grisham is an election denier

A recently resurfaced video from when Democrat Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham was running for the governorship in 2018 shows she cast doubt on the results of the 2016 election of President Donald J. Trump.

A September 7 tweet from Lujan Grisham claims her regime is “bringing folks together” despite her rhetoric bashing those she disagrees with as “extremists” and calling them “lizard people,” among other jabs, such as during her pandemic lockdown when she belittled the citizens of places like Hobbs and Española.

In response to her tweet, Will Reinert of the Republican Governors Association posted a clip of the governor saying at a campaign event, “I am not Pollyanna about any election. I am living in a world where people I don’t have any idea how they could get elected.”

She added, “And I know that sounds really harsh, but I have people say the most discriminatory and racist things to me. I don’t know how they could be elected with that perspective. I don’t know how you get elected with hate in your heart. I don’t know how you get elected with no vision. I don’t know how you get elected by saying there should be no federal or state government.”

“I don’t understand how we have a president… Well, … Kelly is clear he’s the president. I don’t know about Trump. I don’t know how that happened, but it did happen,” she concluded.

Toulouse Oliver now playing the victim after bashing opponents as ‘election-deniers’

This week, far-left Democrat New Mexico Secretary of State Maggie Toulouse Oliver mercilessly bashed those who want stronger election integrity measures as “conspiracy theorists” who are trying to “break down our democracy.”

She claimed if she doesn’t raise enough campaign cash, “New Mexico will become a prime target for Big Lie believers to show they can take over an entire state’s election system.”

She then bashed her opponent, Republican Audrey Trujillo, as an “election-denier” who believes in “antisemitic notions.”

But now, despite all the bombs the Secretary of State has thrown at conservatives, she is now making vague claims of “threats” she is receiving.

The Associated Press reported that Toulouse Oliver said “she received threats to her safety via an email and telephone calls to her offices and that the FBI has been notified.”

The AP article made it sound like these supposed attacks came following her lawsuit against the Otero County Commission, which was compelled by the state Supreme Court to certify 2022 Primary Election results despite concerns:

Toulouse Oliver said the threatening email touched upon social media and video commentary by a conservative filmmaker in defense of his widely debunked documentary “2000 Mules” that alleges widespread voter fraud in the 2020 election.

The New Mexico Secretary of State’s Office has sought to dispel false assertions in the movie on the agency’s “rumor versus reality” website regarding elections and misinformation, prompting a response from filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza.

Toulouse Oliver was closely involved in a standoff with local officials in Otero County in recent weeks that nearly derailed certification of election results.

It is unclear if these attacks are in relation to the Otero County audit, but the Secretary of State has disseminated false information claiming to “debunk” facts proven about election fraud across the country.

Poll: GOP beating Dems on ‘preservation of American democracy’

Democrats have been screaming in the national media about a supposed GOP-led “breakdown of American democracy,” as Democrat New Mexico Secretary Of State Maggie Toulouse Oliver did while on MSNBC, Americans have a much different perspective.

The claims of erosion of democracy have gotten louder after the 2020 election, where statistically impossible abnormalities put Joe Biden in the White House. Then, on January 6, 2021, as the U.S. Capitol was breached, Democrats screamed “insurrection” and “assault on our democracy” even louder.

But a new Fox News poll just released last week shows Republicans are beating Democrats in the “preservation of American democracy,” with Republicans garnering 46% to Democrats’ 45%.

On many other issues, such as inflation and higher prices, Republicans beat Democrats 55% to 36%, while Republicans crush Democrats on crime, with 52% to Democrats’ 39%.

Toulouse Oliver and other Democrats claiming to be supporting democracy appear not to translate to results in the public eye, with the poll appearing to prove Republicans are better at preserving the Republic than Democrats.

What you need to know before you vote Tuesday

On Tuesday, New Mexicans will decide many key races in New Mexico to determine the trajectory of the state by selecting who will appear on the General Election ballot.

These races include the fight for the governorship, where five Republicans face off to challenge Democrat scandal-ridden alleged serial groper Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham. These include Sandoval County Commissioner Jay Block of Rio Rancho, state Rep. Rebecca Dow of Truth or Consequences, former television weatherman Mark Ronchetti of Albuquerque, former Mayor of Cuba Ethel Maharg of Albuquerque, and financial advisor Greg Zanetti of Albuquerque. On the Libertarian ticket, Karen Bedonie faces off against write-in candidate Ginger Grider Tuesday.

There are multiple moderate Democrats facing off against far-left incumbents in the state House of Representatives, while some Democrats are facing off against primary challenges to the left. The most visible of these races is between one-term state Rep. Roger Montoya of Velarde who is being challenged by former State Rep. Joseph Sanchez, a pro-life, pro-Second Amendment Democrat. Montoya voted for abortion up to birth and backed most of the Democrats’ anti-gun measures.

On the Republican side, four moderate incumbents face off against conservative Republican challengers. State Rep. Larry Scott of Hobbs faces off against Elaine Sena Cortez, Randall Pettigrew of Lovington goes up against Rebecca Jill Jones, Rachel Black of Alamogordo faces Piñon Post editor and founder John Block, and  Jane Powdrell-Culbert of Corrales faces off against Frida Susana Vasquez. All of these challengers have focused their campaigns on the lack of representation from the current incumbents in the Legislature, as well as bad votes taken by these incumbents.

These include voting for the Democrats’ far-left 2022 budget, which Black and Powdrell-Culbert voted for. Also, Pettigrew voted for an anti-gun bill in a committee hearing, despite having the opportunity to kill the bad bill with one  Democrat who voted against the measure.

All statewide elected state-level offices are up for grabs, including the lieutenant governorship, where Republicans Ant Thornton and Peggy Muller-Aragón face off. Two Democrats, Heather Benavidez and Laura Montoya face off for state treasurer, a seat currently held by term-limited Treasurer Tim Eichenberg. The winner of that contest faces Republican Harry Montoya. In the race for attorney general, Democrat State Auditor Brian Colón, who has the backing of retiring Attorney General Hector Balderas, is running against Albuquerque-area District Attorney Raúl Torrez, who has the backing of George Soros and Sen. Martin Heinrich. The winner of that primary contest faces Republican Jeremy Gay in November.

For state auditor, Democrat Public Regulation Commissioner Joseph Maestas faces former ombudsman under the Lujan Grisham regime and failed Albuquerque City Council candidate Zackary Quintero.

Totals as of Saturday from the Secretary of State’s Office show that Democrats have cast 59,718 votes early, Republicans trail slightly with 44,986 votes cast so far, and Libertarians casting 409 votes. Of those who voted early in person, Democrats made up 47,867, while Republicans had 39,907, and Libertarians had 368. Democrats lead in absentee ballots, with 11,851, Republicans with 5,079, and Libertarians with 41.

In this primary election, independent (declined to state) voters are permitted to vote in either the Republican or Democrat primaries, so those who have not selected a party affiliation but are registered to vote can participate in either of the primary elections.

Toulouse Oliver spreads election lies with so-called ‘Rumor vs. Reality’ site

On Tuesday, it was reported that far-left Democrat Secretary of State Maggie Toulouse Oliver was launching a new so-called “Rumor vs. Reality” page on the official Secretary of State website claiming to debunk falsehoods regarding elections.

Toulouse Oliver erroneously tries to falsely claim that the Dinesh D’Souza film, 2000 Mules, incorrectly describes ballot trafficking across the country. She claims, “The movie uses flawed assumptions and faulty data to try to prove its point about the 2020 election.”

She uses the false talking point that the 2020 election, which the 2000 Mules movie and multiple other data sources have debunked, “was the ‘most secure in history.”

The Democrat Secretary of State also claimed that New Mexico’s voter rolls are “clean and up-to-date,” which is also a false statement. Despite the audit of the 2020 election in Otero County proving that 40% of ballots cast in 2020 had anomalies, she claims she has faith in Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC). She claims the platform “uses information from motor vehicle departments, Social Security Administration records, and other databases to compare voters across all member states and securely shares this information with member states.”

ERIC was founded by the leftist Pew Charitable Trusts.

Another false claim Toulouse Oliver makes is that vote tabulators are not connected to the internet, despite Otero County audit findings showing that is false. Toulouse Oliver claimed, “vote tabulators are prevented by law and process from being joined to a computer network or the Internet.”

Despite her claims, all three major vote tabulator manufacturers “have acknowledged they all put modems in some of their tabulators and scanners,” according to NBC News

Toulouse Oliver claimed that election results cannot be changed, citing so-called “safeguards,” such as risk-limiting audits that do not truly audit findings from an election. Also, since each individual absentee ballot, once separated from its enclosing envelope, is undetectable as a unique ballot tied to a specific voter. Therefore there is no way to claim with such certainty, as Toulouse Oliver does, that “safeguards” keep elections from being stolen.

There are other various claims the Secretary of State makes which are blatantly false. She appears to be using the official Secretary of State’s Office website for political gain by lying about 2000 Mules and other truths proving election fraud exists — especially in the state of New Mexico.

Toulouse Oliver claims ‘conspiracists and extremists’ are ‘coming for our elections’

On Tuesday, the final day to raise cash in the fundraising quarter, far-left Democrat Secretary of State Maggie Toulouse Oliver sent out a paranoid-sounding email claiming, “[c]onspiracy theorists are coming for our elections.”

“Extremists who believe the Big Lie that the 2020 election was rigged and stolen are not just posting on Facebook or ranting at the dinner table. They are running for office. And they are coming straight for the seats that control our elections,” claimed Toulouse Oliver, alluding to her Republican challenger Audrey Trujillo.

Trujillo believes in election integrity and securing New Mexico’s elections after widespread voter fraud has been proven in multiple states in 2020 — enough to swing the election in President Trump’s favor. According to analysis from the movie “2000 Mules” by Dinesh D’Souza, even by conservative estimates, illicit ballot trafficking alone contributed far more fraudulent votes than needed to overturn the election.

“It is my job to preserve the sanctity of each and every vote in New Mexico. And I take that job very seriously,” claimed Toulouse Oliver, despite her repeated attempts to weaken New Mexico’s election laws by killing protections to voter integrity. These include trying to push for policies allowing ballots to be counted even if they arrive the Friday following an election, widespread ballot harvesting, and “drop-boxes,” which are used to traffick contraband ballots.

“Let’s be clear, Big Lie believers are running for Secretary of State to disintegrate our democracy from within. It’s up to us to protect it,” the Secretary of State continued.

“New Mexico continues to be a leader in pro-democracy practices — even while states across the country and our national democracy are being threatened by conspiracists and extremists who simply don’t like the results of our free and fair elections.”

Toulouse Oliver plainly ignores the fraud in New Mexico elections, which has been well-documented by the Piñon Post, and instead bashes anyone who disagrees with her assessment that her election system is “pro-democracy” or “free and fair” as “conspiracists and extremists.”

Report: NM Dominion machines had ‘erroneous code’

According to a report by Nick Moseder, he claims that researcher Dan Sundin has found that “31 of 47 precincts in Otero County were completely missing ALL of their Election Day results” from 2020. More concerning is that Dominion voting machines were configured with the wrong software, creating a “software mismatch.”

“[T]he machine was running on version 5.2.17, but was WRONGLY configured for version 5.2.4,” wrote Moseder.

Unlike in other states, namely Tennessee where a similar issue occurred in  2021 municipal election, “the damage caused by this ‘erroneous code’ is largely unknown. However, what we DO know is that the system reported a software mismatch.” However, “the election continued. Thus, proving that Tennessee was not an isolated incident.”

According to the report, the findings from the Tennessee issue were as follows:

Now according to the test laboratories and the EAC [U.S. Elections Assistance Commission], this “anomaly” was related to “the imported D-Suite 5.5 election definition used on the D-Suite 5.5-B system.” In other words, a ton of ballots were marked as provisional, and mass adjudicated because the machines had an outdated software configuration, which caused them to misread the ballots.

They chalked this up to a simple mistake, but if this was merely an accident, why wasn’t this caught during the Logic and Accuracy testing PRIOR to the election? Isn’t that what these so called “testing laboratories” are supposed to do? Aren’t Pro V&V and SLI Compliance hired SPECIFICALLY to make sure that the machines are running the proper software before an election?!?! And they just so happened to miss something of this significance?

In my opinion, this proves that either: A) Logic and Accuracy testing is a JOKE. B) This was done intentionally to allow for manipulation C) All of the above

Sundin looked on the EAC website to confirm which version of the software had been approved. Mosedor writes, “NEITHER version appears ANYWHERE on their website under New Mexico.”

“So, what does this mean?! Put simply, these machines were configured to an un-certified software version, ran on a DIFFERENT un-certified software version, and despite the fact that the machines gave an error during the election, the election continued anyway,” concluded Mosedor.

MLG ‘conspiring’ to ram pro-voter fraud bill through the backdoor: Report

According to a report from the New Mexico House Republican caucus, Democrats and scandal-ridden alleged serial groper Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham are “conspiring” to ram through the embattled governor’s pro-voter fraud bill through the backdoor.

“According to credible sources, House and Senate Democrats are now in secret negotiations with the Governor to convene a special session. After facing the embarrassment of a historic veto override in a legislature-led extraordinary session, the Governor has convened with Democrats, without public input, to garner the support of enough Democrats to end their pursuit of an extraordinary session,” wrote the Caucus.

“Instead, she will call a special session and the unhappy Democrats will re-introduce the Junior Appropriations Bill, which she will now sign, in order to avoid having her veto overridden and public [acknowledgment of Democrats’] loss in confidence of the administration.”

The report concludes, “In addition to addressing the Governor’s veto of the Junior Appropriations Bill, secret discussions are taking place to revive the controversial election code changes and hydrogen hub legislation that were defeated just weeks ago.”

The Junior Appropriations Bill had $50 million in projects carefully selected by each legislator and funded things such as the Special Olympics, senior centers, vehicles for law enforcement, and tools to solve child abuse cases. Lujan Grisham flatly vetoed the entire bill, to the ire of both Republicans and Democrats.

“It is obvious that Lujan Grisham doesn’t believe that she can win re-election without changing our election laws just months before New Mexican voters are set to decide if she has done a good enough job to stay in office,” said House Republican Whip Rod Montoya (R-Farmington).

The pro-voter fraud bill that failed in this year’s legislative session included provisions such as expanded use of ballot drop boxes, mail-in votes being accepted one week after an election, giving third parties backchannel access to voting data, among other measures. It died in the Senate in the final hours of the session due to a filibuster by Sen. William Sharer (R-San Juan).

Montoya said, “It is time for the governor and Democrat leaders in the House and Senate to stop the secret backroom dealing. Their actions reek of the corruption and politics New Mexicans have grown tired of.”

Maggie Toulouse Oliver explodes over Trump ‘Big Lie’ statement, claims he’s targeting her

In a Sunday statement, President Donald Trump wrote, “I am willing to challenge the heads of the various papers or even far-left politicians, who have perpetuated the Real Big Lie, which is voter irregularities and fraud on a massive and determinative scale”

The 45th President added, “While I am willing to do it, they will never agree because they cannot argue that facts in states including Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, Arizona, Nevada, New Hampshire, and others such as New Mexico, where the Democrat Secretary of State changed the voting laws without legislative approval just prior to the election, making it virtually impossible for the Republican presidential candidate to win.”

The 2020 election, which allegedly had massive fraud, including in New Mexico under the watch of Secretary of State Maggie Toulouse Oliver, with the lack of purging voter rolls, the failure to implement an identification card to vote, ballot harvesting running rampant, and dark money leftist ally groups working overtime to perpetuate the “Big Lie” that voter fraud in the state does not exist.

President Trump’s recent statements targeting Toulouse Oliver have resulted in her freaking out via a fundraising email to her donors, claiming “Trump zeroes in on Maggie.”

The desperate ploy claims President Trump’s statement “is a lie,” bashing him as a “bully.” She also erroneously claimed he is “going after Maggie and our voting rights.”

“We must protect our democracy by standing up to bullies like him. Grassroots donors like you are the lifeblood of our campaign. With our fundraising blackout rapidly approaching, and Trump just getting started on spouting his lies and bullying Maggie, we need to raise as much money as possible,” the email wrote, subsequently asking for campaign funds.

It is unclear why the Toulouse Oliver campaign is claiming “voting rights” are being targeted, as the 45th President zeroed in on fraudulent activity permitted by the Secretary of State, not the right to vote.

Toulouse Oliver faces off against the only declared Republican candidate, conservative activist Audrey Trujillo of Corrales.

GOP makes sweeping gains in local NM elections, MLG-endorsed candidates crushed

On Tuesday, voters of New Mexico came out to the polls as a referendum on the far-left, taking control of local school board, city council and commission, mayoral, judicial, and other offices, while defeating extreme bond issues.

In Albuquerque, massive gains were made at the current 6-3 Democrat City Council and APS Board, with leftist Michelle Lujan Grisham-endorsed Councilor Lan Sena being defeated by conservative Democrat Louie Sanchez. (not the same Louie Sanchez running as a Republican for governor). Lujan Grisham-endorsed Cynthia Borrego, who currently is the councilor for District 5 was defeated by Dan Lewis, a former city councilor, flipping that seat conservative. Two conservatives are facing runoff elections in Districts 7 and 9, with Lori Robertson and Renee Grout giving citizens an opportunity for a change of power on the City Council.

Conservative Chrystal Tapia-Romero crushed her opponents to become the new school board member for District 5 with 53% of the vote. Conservative Courtney Jackson led her opponents in District 7 with 48% of the vote. Conservative Danielle Marie Gonzales led Planned Parenthood-endorsed Jinx Baskerville 42% to 39%.

Embattled Democrat Albuquerque Mayor Tim Keller won a sizeable victory, which will not require a runoff election, as his two challengers from the right split up the conservative vote — handing a win to Keller.

The gross receipts tax bond in Albuquerque for a $50,000,000 taxpayer-funded soccer stadium crashed and burned, with 65% of voters resoundingly rejecting the measure, another win in the city.

Michelle Lujan Grisham’s endorsed candidate for mayor of Aztec, Victor Snover, was soundly defeated, with Colby King defeating Snover 68% to 21%, and another candidate, Joe Hubbard garnering 11%.

In Alamogordo, extreme far-left mayoral candidate Nadia Sikes was defeated by conservative Susan Payne by a margin of 64% to Sikes’ 36%. Alamogordo School Board Member Angie Cadwallader won a decisive reelection victory, with 74% of the vote share.

In deep-blue Santa Fe, conservative Lee Garcia won a shocking victory, ousting incumbent liberal City Councilor Roman Abeyta, taking a commanding 53% lead over the incumbent.

In Lovington, conservatives won both school board races by a landslide, with conservative Andrea Lynn Gonzales winning 79% of the vote in District 4 and Bradley Bishop winning 81% of the vote in District 5.

These along with other wins across the state are showing a growing conservative momentum on the horizon for the 2022 election, with scandal-ridden alleged serial groper Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham on the ballot and the New Mexico House of Representatives ripe for Republicans to flip. On Wednesday, Lujan Grisham sent out a fundraising ask on her social media, admitting the defeat of many of her candidates. She wrote, “Last night taught us one thing. We can’t take anything for granted and the road to 2022 starts now.”

Nationwide, places like Virginia saw a red wave, with Republican Glenn Youngkin clinching the governorship in the state, with Republican Winsom Sears winning the lieutenant governorship, and Jason Miyares winning the attorney general race. Republicans also took back Virginia’s House of Delegates. In deep-blue New Jersey, Republican Jack Ciattarelli could win the governorship from incumbent Democrat Gov. Phil Murphy, with the race still close to call.
