Maryland-dwelling Sen. Heinrich declares ‘momentous day’ in most elitist flex yet

Far-left U.S. Sen. Martin Heinrich bragged on Saturday from his official government account about his New Mexico house being “100% electrified,” meaning he has stripped out all gas-using appliances to replace them with electricity, which is produced by 63.9 percent fossil fuels, including oil, gas, and coal.

The Democrat hailed the accomplishment as “a momentous day in our household.”

He said in a video posted to X, formerly Twitter, “So, my HVAC unit died, so we went ahead and replaced it with a whole-home heat pump, and that allows us to pull out the gas furnace, and we’ve got that done now. So, a bit of a momentous day today. We are officially 100% electrified and off [the] gas in the house, so I’m gonna turn off the meter.”

According to This Old House, “Heat pumps cost more than other HVAC units, ranging from $2,000–$20,000 including installation. Here are more details about each common type of heat pump: Air-source ($4,500–$8,000): Air-source heat pumps are the most common. They absorb heat energy by pulling in the air from outside your home.”

The average New Mexican, unlike Heinric, who primarily lives in Silver Spring, Maryland, does not have $20,000 to splurge on such a heat pump unit.

The far-left senator has previously bragged about installing other electric appliances in his home, claiming they will save the planet while they cost more for the average consumer, who does not have Heinrich’s means to supplant traditional appliances for electric-only ones unnecessarily.

He supports banning gas stoves and has pushed for an extremist “electrify everything” agenda.

Despite his public opposition to using oil, gas, and coal products, he is happy to use propane, as he shared in a previous post, proving utter hypocrisy. It is unclear if Heinrich only rides in electric Ubers/Lyfts or drives only an electric vehicle. It is clear, however, that Heinrich flies on airplanes the few times he travels to New Mexico.

Roundhouse defaced with pro-Hamas ‘Land Back’ vandalism

Just days after U.S. Sen. Martin Heinrich’s Santa Fe office was vandalized with red paint in support of Hamas terrorists’ attacks on Israel beginning in early October, the state capitol building in Santa Fe is the latest victim of the extremist depravity.

“More vandalism in Santa Fe — this time on the west steps of the state Capitol,” sharing photos, Daniel Chacon of the Santa Fe New Mexican wrote.

“Among the items left behind was a wooden board with ‘Free Gaza’ and ‘Viva Palestine’ written on it,” he added. The board also read, “Land Back.” Fake body bags accompanied the red paint.

According to the New Mexican, “The Capitol vandalism was discovered around 7:30 a.m. Friday morning as employees approached the west-side entrance, said Raphael Drhett Baca, the Capitol’s building superintendent. Surveillance cameras captured video showing four people, all hooded and clad in black, jumping out of a black SUV at 10:34 p.m. Thursday. ‘They were done by 10:36 p.m.,’ Baca said.”

Sen. Heinrich’s office was hit with similar hateful sentiments.

The building, located on Marcy Street in the capital city, was painted with the words “HEINRICH STOP THE GENOCIDE,” along with “FREE PALESTINE” and “CEASEFIRE NOW” tagged on the windows of the adobe office building. A large puddle of red paint was then dumped near the office’s front door.

Sen. Heinrich’s Santa Fe office seen on November 15, 2023 vandalized by pro-Hamas terrorists.

Reports indicate the paint was still “bubbling” when staff discovered it on Tuesday.

The attacks on the state Capitol and Heinrich’s office are just a microcosm of violent anti-Jewish sentiments ravaging the world as Israel continues to defend itself against violent attacks that have claimed thousands of lives.

Pro-Hamas extremists vandalize Sen. Heinrich’s Santa Fe office

According to photos obtained by the Piñon Post, far-left Democrat Sen. Martin Heinrich’s office in Santa Fe has been vandalized by apparent pro-Hamas extremist domestic terrorists.

Sen. Heinrich’s Santa Fe office, seen on November 15, 2023, was vandalized by pro-Hamas terrorists.

On Heinrich’s website, the office building in Santa Fe is no longer publicly available, although all other New Mexico office addresses are publicly posted.

The senator wrote on October 18, “The loss and tragedy in Israel and Gaza have been devastating. America must fight to always protect the innocent. Israelis and Palestinians deserve safety and peace. That must include an adherence to international law and ensuring that humanitarian aid is delivered.”

On November 7, Heinrich added, “As I’ve said repeatedly, Israel has the right to hold Hamas accountable for the horrific attacks on October 7th.  I believe deeply that the eradication of Hamas is paramount to stability and democracy in the region. But a shock and awe approach is not the answer.”

Now, the extremist Hamas domestic terrorists are coming after the Democrat senator. This comes just days after Democrat Sen. Chris Coons of Delaware was accosted on an Amtrak by a far-left pro-Hamas “journalist.”

It is immediately unclear if there are suspects in the vandalism of the office or how much the cleanup will cost the senator.

NM’s congressional reps. demand Israel ‘pause’ defending itself against Hamas

New Mexico’s fully Democrat U.S. House delegation demanded the nation of Israel, which has been ravaged for weeks by Hamas terrorists, “pause” their defensive moves against the unprovoked massacre by the terrorist organization.

Hamas, which rules the failed state of Gaza, is responsible for thousands of deaths in Israel, along with rape, torture, and kidnapping of innocents.

I call for a humanitarian pause in the fighting between Israel and Hamas. A pause would allow desperately needed aid to reach Palestinian civilians in Gaza, provide time to negotiate the release of hostages who Hamas kidnapped, and help civilians reach safety,” wrote Rep. Teresa Leger Fernandez of the Third District.

She added, “As the U.S. supports Israel’s right to defend itself against Hamas’s terrorist attacks, Israel must protect against the innocent loss of life. Hamas and its allies must also stop their attacks on Israelis. Civilians should not pay the price for Hamas’s terror.”

Rep. Gabe Vasquez of the Second District chimed in, “Two wrongs don’t make a right. The U.S. must not be complicit in the deliberate death and harm to civilians in Gaza,” saying, “That’s why I’m calling on the Administration to work with Israel and its partner nations to pause this conflict and ensure that food, water, fuel and medicine are available to civilians in Gaza and that they are kept out of harm’s way, as we work to release the hostages taken by Hamas.”

“We need a humanitarian pause in Israel and Gaza. Every conflict has consequences for innocent lives caught in the crossfire, violence that shatters families and destroys the futures of the innocent. We must respect the rights of our allies and the innocent,” added Rep. Melanie Stansbury of the First District, sharing a lengthy statement, saying the pause is necessary to enshrine the “inherent dignity of Israeli and Palestinian lives.”

Stansbury added, “Just as we support our allies in their inherent rights, we cannot turn a blind eye to extremism that undermines peace, security, and democracy, either through violence or through policy. I stand resolute in my support for a two state solution and for a lasting peace across the region.”

U.S. Sen. Martin Heinrich joined New Mexico’s U.S. House Democrats, writing in a statement, “I join my colleagues in Congress and the Biden Administration in calling for a humanitarian pause in conflict so that lifesaving aid can quickly reach civilians in Gaza. As a nation, we must remain steadfast in our commitment to protecting the innocent and most vulnerable.”

Responses from New Mexicans cmae critical of the move that will no doubt benefit Hamas terrorists, with one person writing to Leger Fernandez, “No, sorry.  A bit late to think about food and water.  Hamas dug up water lines to create missiles.  Let me ask, was there a humanitarian pause during the Hamas attack?  No?  Then why should the attackers get a reprieve.”

A Democrat constituent of Vasquez wrote in response to his statement, “I strongly disagree with you regarding this. Fuel and other supplies that might be allowed into Gaza would [be] used by Hamas.”

To Sen. Heinrich’s post, a commenter wrote, “There was a humanitarian pause. Hamas crossed the border, killed and captured many. Now there’s a war. How wonderful for Hamas that they have supporters like you.”

Sen. Heinrich gets his first Republican challenger

This week, far-left U.S. Sen. Martin Heinrich got his first Republican challenger who will aim to defeat him in 2024.

Ben Luna of Alamogordo has thrown his hat in the ring to remove the two-term senator. Luna is an “entrepreneur, independent citizen journalist, and American patriot who aims to return America to the founding principles which created the greatest and freest nation.” Most recently, Luna served as the Republican Party of Otero County chairman.

“Aside from experiencing the restriction of liberties during the Covid pandemic, Ben has witnessed the widespread devastation of authoritarian policies and the social degradation of woke progressive activism. Ben is determined to safeguard American rights, freedoms, and opportunity for hardworking Americans and the rising generation,” he wrote in a press release.

Luna’s platform includes protecting children from late-term abortion, going against “indoctrinating curriculum” in schools (including gender activism), cutting “red tape” that “restricts vital New Mexican and American industries like logging, ranching, oil, and gas,” and eliminating wasteful spending in government.

He also strongly advocates for the referendum project to put multiple far-left bills on the ballot in 2024 for citizens to vote for or against. According to Better Together New Mexico, he is the referendum project’s county captain.

He said, “This is one priority of my campaign, but it’s not just at the state level we need to fix this,” noting that “at the national level this needs all parents, grandparents, and relatives to be all hands on deck for our children’s future. Their lives literally depend on us to stand in the gap.”

Luna filed his campaign committee, “LUNA4US,” via the Federal Election Commission on Monday, July 3, 2023.

Luna shared the following statement in declaring his candidacy:

If you’re reading this, then know that this letter comes from my heart and urgency God has given me to make a call to action for those who love God and are willing to stand for Him.

What I’ve seen come together in our state isn’t happening only in our state. I asked Charlie Kirk a question, and told him my years of studying has lead me back to a very simple topic. I told him I’ve studied the parallels of tyrannical government during the Roman Empire & the times of Christ, the parallels of Nazi Germany, and our founding of the United States of America in our separation from a corrupt state church and corrupt king, and what it lead me to is a 10 episode documentary from Francis Schaffer, “How should we then live”. During the Ronald Reagan Election, this documentary was circulating the churches of America, and not many gave Francis Schaffer credit for what He did, but Ronald Reagan gave Francis credit for helping awaken the church to be engaged for a Ronald Reagan victory. Francis Schaffer and his wife were invited to the white house post victory.

Back to the question I asked Charlie Kirk, I asked him if he’s seeing the same thing I’ve seen happen in my own state as far as what’s circulating in the churches of New Mexico. I’ve seen David Barton’s “Biblical Citizenship” course, and Rick Greens “Constitution Alive” Circulating the church in New Mexico, but there’s a book circulating in the New Mexico churches called, “A letter to the American Church” by Eric Metaxas. I asked if Charlie Kirk was seeing this message circulate the church at the national level, and he said it was.

Charlie Kirk stated, “I’m hopeful for the change that’s happening in our culture, but what concerns me is that it’s not fast enough”. He also stated the best thing you could do in a blue state is a Referendum because it focuses the momentum and people from both sides of the ballot can get involved.

The reason for the information above is a call to action not like you’ve received in times past, but a cry for urgency. Through knowledge of the parallels of tyrannical government, I see 1 consistency, lives are lost. As a believer in God and His word, I know and we know even more is at stake for eternity when lives are lost. Those who push a marxist, socialist, or communistic agenda know this as well, but their view of life and humanity doesn’t have anything that saves life or humanity. My call to you is to not play the traditional Pre-Primary game to wait until June to invest into those who are facing this battle head on.

What I’ve seen in our state is nothing short of a move of God awakening the masses to the dangerous conditions of New Mexico, with laws that destroy our children physically, spiritually, and permanently. The call is to give all you have, all you can, with all your capabilities, until there’s reform, or to whatever end. We know how much our children’s lives depend on it. We know how much our neighbors, family and friends depend on us to stand now. The one scary thing about all I’ve mentioned is most of the population of New Mexico doesn’t have the slightest clue of what laws have passed, I’ve seen that first hand traveling the state, but I’ve also seen the effects of putting boots on the ground to inform, train, and educate communities on these laws, and it’s produced results of awakened citizens.

I’m asking for you to partner now in this effort across our state. Lives can be saved from these destructive laws if we act with urgency. I’ve seen the effects of what happens when God’s people are silent, and Nazi Germany’s variety of camps is the consequence. We do have something special God has created in New Mexico and America, but never acting, never speaking, and never teaching will cause this opportunity to dissipate quicker than it formed.

I’m asking for you to partner now with this campaign I’m running. I’m careful to call what we’ve done in our state collectively and what we do in the future, God’s Campaign, because that’s the truth. This campaign is for lives to be saved and our way of life to be saved. This campaign is for our children to be protected and the possibility for our nation to have a future to be saved. We have the media capability to disperse much of this information to the masses, and with what is circulating in the churches of America and New Mexico, The time to act is NOW. Don’t wait until June to invest in a movement that started before 2020, but also a movement that will not cease after 2024. A non-stop campaign for our God and our Country.

We can meet these Marxists head on with everything in our arsenal, and lives will be saved. You never know the effects of our efforts, and just as the Apostle Paul once was against the church, God got involved and birthed in this man, the ability to organize communities, raise up leaders to take over in those communities, and churches to forever stand in the gap for humanity.

I’m with you for the long haul, not just for an election, Luna4US.com

Democrats whine about ‘climate change’ because summer is hot

Summer is hot. That’s just a fact, especially in the desert of New Mexico.

However, far-left Democrats in the U.S. Congress are claiming triple-digit July temperatures are the result of “climate change,” some even going so far as to blame it on Republicans for not passing eco-left laws.

Democrat Sen. Martin Heinrich, a Maryland resident, claimed on Twitter, “We are all paying the price of Republican inaction on climate change,” sharing an article from the Washington Post talking about the “extreme heat.”

Rep. Melanie Stansbury (D-CD-01) wrote, “This summer is a scorcher! Friendly reminder that climate change is real and we are feeling the effects of global warming in REAL TIME. When [Tina Snow] mentioned ‘hot girl summer,’ I don’t think this is what she meant.”

New Mexicans didn’t buy what Heinrich and Stansbury are selling.

“This summer is no hotter than many summers past. Educate yourself,” one person wrote to Stansbury. Well-documented scientific figures attest to this argument disproving the Democrat.

One person wrote to Heinrich, “And the mega drought that drove out the cliff dwellers was also caused by the Republicans?” The account added, “It’s all cycles upon cycles. Some last a few years, some last centuries or millennia.”

“You have been in elected office for 15 years. For 6 of those years you were a member of the party that controlled both houses of congress. Quit pretending that one party is responsible for anything as complex as the earth’s climate.  Have your intern step away from the [T]witter,” another chimed in.

Heinrich and Stansbury fervently back far-left Democrat Rep. Alexandria Ocazio-Cortez’s (D-NY) “Green New Deal,” as well as far-left Democrat New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham’s version, the “Energy Transition Act.”

This detail from Heinrich’s pre-Fourth of July tweet screams hypocrisy

Anti-fossil fuels Democrat U.S. Sen. Martin Heinrich posted on Twitter Saturday a picture of him standing in what is supposed to be a New Mexico backyard with grilling supplies and an outdoor wok-type burner, traditionally used for cooking chicharrones, but one thing stood out in the photo.

The burner was attached to a propane tank. Propane is made through the processing of liquified natural gas.

The Rio Grande Foundation’s president Paul Gessing wrote, “Gas grill. Love it.”

State Rep. John Block (R-Alamogordo), the founder and editor of the Piñon Post, wrote, “The dude who wants to ban your gas stoves and ‘electrify everything’ cooks with propane,” adding along with a laughing emoji, “Who’s gonna tell him?”

Heinrich has made headlines recently for his crusade against all fossil fuel-using products, including gas heaters, stoves, and water heaters.

The senator has adopted the far-left “Electrify Everything” movement of radical eco-leftists attempting to ban appliances, such as stoves, that run on gas.

The Joe Biden administration has recently been under fire for its proposed attempt to ban gas stoves. The State of New York recently did just that, but going further to ban gas furnaces as well.

During a 2021 nomination hearing for then-U.S. Energy Secretary Designate Jennifer Granholm, Heinrich pushed for electrifying “everything,” adding in a tweet, “Addressing the climate crisis means we need to focus on full electrification of our building, transportation, and industrial sectors. Thankfully, Secretary of Energy nominee @JenGranholm is on board to help us begin to electrify everything.”

He has since pushed for the electrification of everything from appliances to government buildings, such as some in Las Cruces.

Now, Heinrich made one big faux pas in his supposed genuine quest to “electrify everything” by forgetting to electrify his Fourth of July cookout as he seeks to swindle the voters of New Mexico into another term in the U.S. Senate.

Dems suddenly care about Navajo Nation again after lauding DOI land grab

Democrats who backed Joe Biden’s U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) Secretary Deb Haaland encroaching on the Navajo Nation’s sovereignty by putting in place a 10-mile buffer to ban all natural resource extractive activity are now manufacturing outrage over the U.S. Supreme Court’s recent ruling on Navajo Nation’s access to the drying Colorado River.

The Court ruled in a 5-4 decision that the 1868 treaty in question did not include the government’s duty for it to help secure water. Justice Neil Gorsuch, who is from Colorado, sided with the minority, which included all three Democrat-appointed justices.

“The 1868 treaty reserved necessary water to accomplish the purpose of the Navajo Reservation,” Justice Brett Kavanaugh wrote in the majority opinion. “But the treaty did not require the United States to take affirmative steps to secure water for the Tribe.”

“Today’s ruling is disappointing and I am encouraged that the ruling was 5-4,” said Navajo Nation president Buu Nygren in a statement. “It is reassuring that four justices understood our case and our arguments. As our lawyers continue to analyze the opinion and determine what it means for this particular lawsuit, I remain undeterred in obtaining quantified water rights for the Navajo Nation in Arizona. The Navajo Nation established a water rights negotiation team earlier this year and we are working very hard to settle our water rights in Arizona.”

When the DOI snatched the land around Chaco Canyon from the Navajo Nation for supposed “conservation” purposes, Democrats lauded the decision to infringe upon the Navajos’ sovereignty.

Now, they are claiming to care about the tribal nation.

“This SHAMEFUL decision upends more than a hundred years of legal precedent at the expense of Tribal water rights and the Trust Responsibility,” asserted far-left Democrat Congresswoman Melanie Stansbury (NM-CD-01) in a melodramatic tweet.

Far-left U.S. Sen. Martin Heinrich wrote, “A 5-4 majority on the Supreme Court just denied the Navajo Nation’s right to life sustaining water. This is an extremely disappointing decision that fails all Tribal Nations.”

However, the radical Democrats previously sent out a joint statement applauding the Chaco Canyon ban, disregarding the tribe’s sovereignty. They wrote at the time, “We applaud this historic step to protect Chaco’s irreplaceable resources for future generations.”

Underage victim of trans rapist given cold shoulder by Sen. Heinrich: Report

According to a report by The Post Millennial, shocking and tragic events happened in a Rio Rancho public charter school restroom where a girl reported to be 12-year-old “Ray” (pseudonym) had been raped in a girls’ bathroom by an older male student.

The incident allegedly occurred in October 2021 at ASK Academy, but Ray’s mother, Maggie, only discovered it several months later when she found her daughter’s diary.

“I was raped. I was raped. I was raped. F*cking kill me,” the diary read.

The school’s adoption of gender ideology and trans-inclusive bathroom policies could have contributed to the assault, as Ray was regularly forced to use girls’ bathrooms with boys.

“When the male student first entered the girls’ restroom, Ray said she was washing her hands and didn’t take particular notice of the student’s sex, nor was she aware of his ‘gender identity,’” The Post Millennial reported.

Maggie believes that the school had fully embraced radical gender theory without her knowledge or consent, with students pledging allegiance to the pride flag instead of the American flag.

“We learned that kids were pledging allegiance to the pride flag instead of the American flag,” Maggie said. “We learned that some teachers were discussing daily, the normalcy of transgender people and gender dysphoria, and that this school had a higher population than anyone would expect for such a small school of kids saying they were trans and parents not knowing.”

The school is said to have fostered an ideologically far-left culture, pressuring students to accept the presence of men in women’s spaces and stifling any dissenting views. After reporting the rape to law enforcement, Maggie encountered resistance from the school, which dismissed her concerns and blamed her parenting.

The report also mentions other allegations of sexual harassment and assault at ASK Academy involving the same male student and potentially other victims who are too afraid to come forward. It criticizes the school’s lack of transparency and accountability, as well as the slow progress of the criminal investigation. The traumatic experience has had a significant impact on Ray’s mental health, leaving her anxious, depressed, and fearful.

Maggie and her husband later decided to homeschool their daughters due to concerns about their safety in light of New Mexico’s legislation opening school facilities to individuals based on their gender identity.

“After a year at her local public school, Maggie and her husband decided their two daughters weren’t safe there, either. What solidified their decision was a law New Mexico passed in March that opened school bathrooms and locker rooms to individuals based on their ‘gender identity.’ Maggie wrote to New Mexico Sen. Martin Heinrich, a Democrat, to express her concerns about the legislation, even sharing the account of what happened to her daughter. Her inquiry, Maggie said, was ‘met with a complete rejection of the notion that he would support anything that goes against gender affirming legislation,’” the report concluded.

Heinrich is running for reelection in 2024, seeking a third term in the U.S. Senate. There have been rumblings he has his eye on the governor’s mansion, as far-left Democrat Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham is term-limited after her current term.

All the New Mexico politicians on Russia’s ‘blacklist’

Russia is banning more Americans from its soil amid its armed conflict with Ukraine started in February 2022. According to Russian state media, TASS, the total number of U.S. citizens banned from the country has reached 963.

“Russia seeks no confrontation and remains open to honest, mutually respectful dialogue, distinguishing the American people, who invariably enjoy our respect, from the US authorities, who foment Russophobia, and those who serve them. It is these individuals who are put on Russia’s ‘blacklist,’” the Russians wrote.

Here are all the New Mexicans who are banned from entry into Russia:
