Data analysis appears to show abnormalities in NM election results

According to data analysis done by data researchers Jeff O’Donnell and Draza Smith, there appear to be many abnormal occurrences in the 2022 midterm elections in New Mexico.

Data published by O’Donnell and Smith shows the first ballot dump in New Mexico’s governor’s race gave incumbent Democrat Michelle Lujan Grisham 80.3 percent (42,922 ballots), while Republican Mark Ronchetti only got 19.5 percent (10,538 ballots), which is apparently statistically impossible.

It is unclear where these first ballots flooded in from, but even in the state’s most far-left county, Santa Fe County, there were only 69,449 ballots cast, meaning the first dump would have been over 61.8 percent of the county’s total votes cast — an unlikely scenario. The county’s final results were 75.3 percent for Grisham to 23.4 percent for Ronchetti.

Another dump later left the total number of ballots for Lujan Grisham at 184,382 votes to Ronchetti’s 58,329 votes, leaving him with only 24 percent of the vote to Lujan Grisham’s 76 percent margin. This disparity is not normal, especially since only Santa Fe County had anywhere near a similar percentage of ballots cast, while its population could not have mathematically given such a margin to the Democrat governor.

This same pattern appears to algorithmically go up at nearly the same percentage for Lujan Grisham throughout the night, giving the Democrat an extreme advantage in the number of ballots tabulated from the start. No such ballot increase for Ronchetti appears to have happened throughout the night despite many Republican-heavy counties overwhelmingly rejecting Lujan Grish, such as Chaves County, where Lujan Grisham only got 24.9 percent of the vote to Ronchetti’s 72.8 percent.

This same pattern could be found in the secretary of state election, where Democrat incumbent Maggie Toulouse Oliver, who oversaw her own election, started out with 68.2 percent (49,794 ballots) of the vote to Republican Audrey Trujillo’s 31.8 percent (23,185 ballots).

There was also a discrepancy of around 7,000 votes between the gubernatorial race and the secretary of state race, which also creates new questions about what happened with these ballot dumps and where did these ballots come from.

A later ballot dump in that race had Toulouse Oliver with 67.1 percent of the vote to Trujillo’s 38.2 percent, another statistical abnormality. It is also unlikely these came from such a heavily Democrat district as Santa Fe due to the margin and vote numbers. It showed Toulouse Oliver with 191,360 ballots to Trujillo’s 60,689.

Similar apparent algorithmic disparities happened in the state attorney general race, with Democrat Raúl Torrez garnering 67.3 percent (49,917 ballots) of the initial ballot dump, while Republican Jeremy Gay got 32.7 percent (24,284 ballots). Later ballot dumps followed the same pattern in both the secretary of state and governor’s races.

Another key piece of evidence also shows that the initial ballot dump happened statewide and was not isolated in extremely Democrat-dominated places is the results from the Second Congressional District, which does not encompass Santa Fe.

Republican Congresswoman Yvette Herrell, who was projected at the end of the night to lose by around 1,000 votes, initially started out with only 20.7 percent (1,321 votes) of the first round of ballots to her Democrat opponent Gabe Vasquez’s 79.3 percent (5,071 votes).

A similar pattern carried over to the First and Second Congressional Districts. However, it appeared the algorithm was flipped in the First District, where Democrat Melanie Stansbury started off with far fewer votes counted, with it later correcting to show Stansbury with a 62.3 percent lead to her Republican opponent Michelle Garcia Holmes, who had 37.7 percent.

In the Third Congressional District, the initial margins were even more extreme, with Democrat Rep. Teresa Leger Fernandez getting an initial 84.9 percent of the vote (37,622 ballots) to Republican Alexis Martinez Johnson’s 15.1 percent (6,671 ballots).

It is unclear what justification the secretary of state or other elections officials have for these statistical abnormalities, but they appear to indicate possible tampering with New Mexico’s electoral system.

Schiff to headline ‘virtual’ fundraiser for Toulouse Oliver, Vasquez

On Monday, the Democrat Party of New Mexico (DPNM) announced that far-left U.S. Reps. Adam Schiff (D-CA) and Jamie Raskin (D-MD) would headline a “virtual” fundraiser Wednesday along with dark money George Soros group League of Conservation Voters on behalf of Democrats Secretary of State Maggie Toulouse Oliver and Gabe Vasquez, who is running for Congress in the Second Congressional District.

DPNM added that Reps. Melanie Stansbury of the First District and Teresa Leger Fernandez of the Third District would also be in attendance to raise cash for the far-left candidates.

The leftist congressional representatives are joining the event put together by a radical group called “The Next 50,” which attempts to elect candidates who support “justice, equity, and opportunity for all.”

Regarding Vasquez, the group openly admits that gerrymandering allowed the Second District to be more attainable for Democrats this year, writing, “Due to redistricting, NM-02 is in play again.” Vasquez is a known anti-American radical who thinks the United States is a racist nation. Yet, now he wants to serve in the U.S. Congress.

The group wrote regarding Toulouse Oliver, “We cannot take any secretary of state seat for granted, especially in a year that Democrats are facing headwinds and in a state that had a Republican governor as recently as 2018.”

Toulouse Oliver supports radical policies to remove protections from New Mexico’s election system that will implement more fraud into the state’s voting processes. She has taken money from dark money groups, including the League of Conservation Voters, despite claiming to be against dark money.

Schiff peddled conspiracy theories about the 2016 election and was a main player in the “Russia Hoax,” which resulted in no findings of so-called “collusion” between President Donald Trump and Russians.

Also dubbed “Little Pencil Neck” by Trump, Schiff was one of the masterminds behind the two impeachment hoaxes that both exonerated Trump from wrongdoing.

Otero County votes to sue SOS Maggie Toulouse Oliver

On Thursday, the Otero County Commission held a special meeting at the Flickinger Center in downtown Alamogordo to discuss the findings of the Otero County audit, which resulted in the uncovering of multiple abnormalities. Presenting on the fraud included IT expert Jeffrey Lenberg, Professor David Clements, Erin Clements, and Cynthia Butler, a statistician.

Butler’s findings from a statistical analysis of votes were that there are margins of error in Otero County around 20 to 30 percent, which she said “is consistent with mail-in ballot stuffing” and “digital ballot stuffing.”

Erin Clements presented the abnormalities in voting registration data. One interesting finding in her presentation was that trends in voter registrations through the New Mexico Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) continued in constant patterns even when Democrat Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham closed down the MVD during the pandemic, signifying algorithms artificially adding these new voters. She also mentioned ballot boxes in Doña Ana County found in a warehouse that had 3,000 to 5,000 ballots unsecured.

In Otero County’s case, Clements found indications that there were absentee ballot envelopes with multiple postmarks, birth years and Social Security numbers unfilled, indications that ballots were scanned twice, tabulators filling out unfilled ballot questions, tabulators counting folds as votes, and machines being incorrectly programmed for write-ins.

Lenberg focused on how the New Mexico voting machines were running out-of-date software while the 2020 General Election project file was missing from Otero County. Lenberg explained how risk-limiting audits, like those in New Mexico, do not work. He noted how Otero County is “one of the few counties to take action” and to “clear the air.” He noted how his inspection into fraud in Antrim County, Michigan triggered the Department of Homeland Security to demand a special prosecutor be appointed to persecute him.

The audit of Otero County resulted in a 500-page assessment report showing all the fraud found in the county. Recommendations for the County include decoupling the election process, where a tabulator company does not audit their own machines and where scans of ballots by the individual precinct are uploaded to a public site immediately following the election to ensure transparency. Other recommendations are included in their report.

David Clements said, “Public trust has been eviscerated,” regarding the election process.

The Otero County Commission approved two measures at the meeting. One was to pursue a lawsuit against Secretary of State Maggie Toulouse Oliver on a vote of 2-1 and a motion to remove drop boxes, remove voting machines, and hand count ballot on a vote of 2-1. Commissioners Marquardt and Couy Griffin voted in support of both measures, while the lone vote against both was Commissioner Gerald Matherly.

Matherly’s reservations regarding the measures were that he thought he would get in legal trouble if he supported them.

“This right here means absolutely nothing except we’re gonna get in trouble,” Matherly said regarding the second measure to remove drop boxes.

When discussing the lawsuit against Toulouse Oliver, Matherly said, “The Secretary of State is strictly doing her job to uphold what the representatives — the state law says. That’s in the book. To sue her is going to be a waste of time, in my eyes, because she was strictly doing her job.”

Erin Clements said in response to Matherly, “And the statutes are clear that the Secretary of State is the one who certifies the machine, Commissioner Matherly…. She’s certainly culpable for certifying the machines.”

Toulouse Oliver touts support from dark money enviro-Marxist groups

Last week, far-left Democrat Secretary of State Maggie Toulouse Oliver announced to her campaign donors that she had snagged the endorsements of the enviro-Marxist groups, the Rio Grande Chapter of Sierra Club, and Conservation Voters of New Mexico(CVNM).

Toulouse Oliver argued in her fundraising plea that if Democrats reelect her as secretary of state, then that will help “climate change” alarmist Democrats win elections in the state.

“The people of New Mexico are proud of our environmental heritage, and we want to make sure our politicians reflect those values. From record-breaking temperatures to bigger and stronger wildfires – we are seeing the effects of the climate crisis on our doorstep. We need to be able to rely on our elections to be safe, transparent, and accessible in order to elect representatives who will take action on the issues that matter to us,” her team wrote.

“That’s why we’re proud to be endorsed by the Rio Grande Chapter of Sierra Club and Conservation Voters of New Mexico!”

CVNM is the state affiliate of the Soros-funded League of Conservation Voters, which has been a big player in state races across the country. The group’s affiliated political action committee (PAC), Verde Voters Fund, spent big in the 2018 midterms, as well as in 2020. The dark money “social justice” group, like others Toulouse Oliver has been funded by, launders its dark money through its 501(c)4 organization and then donates to the PAC, thereby washing the money clean of its origins from public view. According to the New Mexico Campaign Finance System, the Verde Voters Fund has $117,629.56 cash on hand.

The Sierra Club is a dark money fringe group funded by many sources, including billionaires George Soros and Mike Bloomberg, as well as a Tom Steyer-affiliated PAC, Next Gen Climate Action.

As we previously reported about Toulouse Oliver taking money from dark money-funded PACs:

On her donation pages, Toulouse Oliver constantly writes, “Maggie Toulouse Oliver serves the state of New Mexico as Secretary of State, where she is dedicated to fighting for clean and fair elections devoid of dark money and outside influence.”

She also writes on the official New Mexico Secretary of State website, “I’ll keep working to shine a light on dark money wherever possible.”

However, her latest campaign filing proves that her supposed “fight” against “dark money” is a big lie. In the fourth primary report she filed with her office on July 7th, the Secretary of State listed a $5,200 donation from “Open Democracy PAC.”

The organization is almost exclusively a front group that is funded by a dark money 501(c)(4) organization, “Sixteen Thirty Fund,” or sometimes written as “1630 Fund,” according to filings with the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to POLITICO, “The Open Society Foundations, founded by liberal mega-donor George Soros, also lists nearly $17 million in 2020 grants to the Sixteen Thirty Fund on its website.”

Now, it appears Toulouse Oliver is doubling down on getting support from dark money sources despite claiming to be “fighting” against dark money in New Mexico politics.

EXCLUSIVE: SOS exposed for taking dark Soros money after claiming to ‘fight’ dark money

Although Democrat Secretary of State Maggie Toulouse Oliver’s latest financial report was overshadowed, or downright ignored, by the mainstream news media, which opted to cover the fundraising in New Mexico’s tight governor’s race, the Piñon Post has exclusively uncovered dark money in the secretary of state race.

The dark money group is a member of a coalition of other leftist dark money organizations through “Run For Something,” which seeks to elect far-left Democrats who believe in election subversion to weaken election laws.

“These organizations are engaged in what can charitably be called credibility laundering,” Honest Elections Executive Director Jason Snead warned. “They engage with bipartisan groups and promote ostensibly Republican allies. However, their funding and agenda are distinctly left-wing.”

An example of Sixteen Thirty Fund’s activism is its spending in the 2018 Midterms in Colorado. It dunked a hefty $3.92 million in dark money into the state to help elect far-left anti-election integrity Democrats, according to the Colorado Independent

Not only is Maggie Toulouse Oliver’s claim to fight “dark money” false, but she is one of the worst examples in the state of politicians actively taking dark money from left-wing elites from outside of the state. She ended up raising $44,964.71 in the fourth reporting period, with $20,487.70 in expenditures, leaving her with $148,289.29 cash-on-hand. She faces Republican Audrey Trujillo in the November General Election.

Maggie Toulouse Oliver bashes America, Founding Fathers on Fourth of July

On Independence Day, far-left Democrat Secretary of State Maggie Toulouse Oliver bashed America’s Founding Fathers and America in general, claiming the holiday only secures freedom for a “select few.”

“But our struggle for freedom is more than a single historical event. We are still striving to ensure the promise of America is not reserved for a select few,” Toulouse Oliver wrote in an email.

She continued, “We have fought to expand the freedoms originally meant only for land-owning white men. Through years of hard work, women, BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color), and the LGBTQ+ community have won their rights and brought our nation closer to its goal of a more perfect union.”

Still, she believes the nation has not reached its “perfection.”

“But over the past few days, we saw many of the rights we have fought so hard for threatened and repealed. We have so far to go before we can fully live our values of liberty, equality, and justice. We simply cannot allow ourselves to go backwards.”

Toulouse Oliver is likely alluding to the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling that repealed the archaic 1973 decision, Roe v. Wade, which legalized abortion on demand in the United States. The Dobbs v. Jackson case recently decided now lets the abortion question go back to the states. Apparently, Toulouse Oliver takes offense to the court saying there is no right to kill children in the womb on a federal level.

Despite bashing the United States and our Founding Fathers as “land-owning white men” who fought to secure our country, the Secretary of State still claims to be “so proud to be an American.”

“Today’s celebration is bittersweet, but our country has come so far since our founding, and I know we will again bend towards justice. These ideals are what make our country great, and they are what still make me so proud to be an American,” she wrote.

Toulouse Oliver now playing the victim after bashing opponents as ‘election-deniers’

This week, far-left Democrat New Mexico Secretary of State Maggie Toulouse Oliver mercilessly bashed those who want stronger election integrity measures as “conspiracy theorists” who are trying to “break down our democracy.”

She claimed if she doesn’t raise enough campaign cash, “New Mexico will become a prime target for Big Lie believers to show they can take over an entire state’s election system.”

She then bashed her opponent, Republican Audrey Trujillo, as an “election-denier” who believes in “antisemitic notions.”

But now, despite all the bombs the Secretary of State has thrown at conservatives, she is now making vague claims of “threats” she is receiving.

The Associated Press reported that Toulouse Oliver said “she received threats to her safety via an email and telephone calls to her offices and that the FBI has been notified.”

The AP article made it sound like these supposed attacks came following her lawsuit against the Otero County Commission, which was compelled by the state Supreme Court to certify 2022 Primary Election results despite concerns:

Toulouse Oliver said the threatening email touched upon social media and video commentary by a conservative filmmaker in defense of his widely debunked documentary “2000 Mules” that alleges widespread voter fraud in the 2020 election.

The New Mexico Secretary of State’s Office has sought to dispel false assertions in the movie on the agency’s “rumor versus reality” website regarding elections and misinformation, prompting a response from filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza.

Toulouse Oliver was closely involved in a standoff with local officials in Otero County in recent weeks that nearly derailed certification of election results.

It is unclear if these attacks are in relation to the Otero County audit, but the Secretary of State has disseminated false information claiming to “debunk” facts proven about election fraud across the country.

Soros-backed candidates Toulouse Oliver, Torrez team up to fundraise

George Soros-funded Secretary of State Maggie Toulouse Oliver, who is running for reelection, and Bernalillo County-area District Attorney Raúl Torrez, who is running for attorney general, are teaming up to fundraise off of claims that Republicans are “attacking” so-called “democracy” by asking questions about election fraud.

In an email, Torrez, on behalf of the Toulouse Oliver campaign, attacked the Otero County Commission, which was dragged through court by the Secretary of State after it voted to not certify the results of the 2022 Primary Election. The lawsuit was immediately acted upon by the state Supreme Court, which ordered that the Commission must certify the results. The County reluctantly did on Friday.

Torrez claimed, “I applaud Secretary of State Maggie Toulouse Oliver’s quick action to bring this issue before the NM Supreme Court, who immediately ordered the commission to comply with their duty to certify these results. And this last Saturday, I traveled to the Otero County Administration Building myself to meet with voters, hear their concerns, and reiterate our shared commitment to upholding the rule of law in order to protect our voters and defend our democracy.” Note: The United States is a constitutional republic — not a “democracy”

Torrez did, indeed visit Alamogordo, where he is pictured talking with Democrats, including Otero County Democrat Party chair Jeff Swanson, who has branded Republicans as “seditious confederates.”

Swanson can be seen on the right taking a photograph.

He continued, “We absolutely must put a stop to these dangerous antics and brinkmanship that threaten and undermine our democratic process, and we must be willing to hold individuals accountable and send a clear message — we will not permit anyone, particularly elected officials who abuse their power, to threaten our election process.”

He then asked for a joint contribution to him and Toulouse Oliver, claiming the funds would help continue “protecting our democracy” by electing the far-left Democrats.

A new poll by Fox News shows that despite all the talk by Democrats of “protecting democracy,” Republicans actually lead in that category by one percentage point.
Toulouse Oliver faces off against Republican Audrey Trujillo, while Torrez will go up against Republican Jeremy Gay in the November 8 election. Currently, Trujillo and Gay only trail the two democrats by seven percent, respectively, in the latest New Mexico Political Report poll.

Poll shows GOP trailing Dems by single digits in AG, SOS races

On Tuesday, a leftist poll commissioned by the leftist New Mexico Political Report (NMPR), which is affiliated with the George Soros-funded ProgressNow New Mexico, revealed Republicans are in striking distance of clinching the attorney general and the secretary of state positions in November.

The poll, which is expected to have oversampled Libertarians, showed Democrat Secretary of State Maggie Toulouse Oliver was leading Republican challenger Audrey Trujillo by only seven points. Toulouse Oliver had 41% to Trujillo’s 34%, while nine percent were voting for Libertarian Mayna Myers, and 16% were undecided.

NMPR reported:

Toulouse Oliver has a large lead among women, 46 percent to 28 percent over Trujillo and 8 percent for Myers. Trujillo, meanwhile, slightly leads among men, 39 percent to 36 percent with 10 percent backing Myers.

Toulouse Oliver also leads among Hispanic or Latino voters, 60 percent of whom said they support the Democrat compared to 20 percent for Trujillo and 7 percent for Myers. Among white voters, 45 percent back Trujillo, 31 percent Toulouse Oliver and 9 percent Myers. Among other ethnicities, 27 percent back Toulouse Oliver, 21 percent back Myers and 20 percent back Trujillo.

In the attorney general’s race, Democrat Raúl Torrez leads Republican Jeremy Gay by seven points as well. Torrez got 44% while Gay got 37%.

According to NMPR:

Similarly, the Democrat Torrez leads in the Attorney General’s race among women 53 percent to Gay’s 28 percent, while Gay leads among men, 46 percent to 35 percent.

Torrez has a large lead among Hispanic or Latino voters, with 65 percent saying they would vote for him, compared to 22 percent for Gay. Among white voters, 48 percent support Gay and 32 percent support Torrez. When it comes to other ethnicities, 37 percent back Torrez and 28 percent support Gay.

642 New Mexicans were polled between June 13 and 14. The poll, conducted by Public Policy Polling (an A- rating on FiveThirtyEight that skews 0.9% toward Democrats) had a margin of error of 3.9 percent.

Poll: GOP beating Dems on ‘preservation of American democracy’

Democrats have been screaming in the national media about a supposed GOP-led “breakdown of American democracy,” as Democrat New Mexico Secretary Of State Maggie Toulouse Oliver did while on MSNBC, Americans have a much different perspective.

The claims of erosion of democracy have gotten louder after the 2020 election, where statistically impossible abnormalities put Joe Biden in the White House. Then, on January 6, 2021, as the U.S. Capitol was breached, Democrats screamed “insurrection” and “assault on our democracy” even louder.

But a new Fox News poll just released last week shows Republicans are beating Democrats in the “preservation of American democracy,” with Republicans garnering 46% to Democrats’ 45%.

On many other issues, such as inflation and higher prices, Republicans beat Democrats 55% to 36%, while Republicans crush Democrats on crime, with 52% to Democrats’ 39%.

Toulouse Oliver and other Democrats claiming to be supporting democracy appear not to translate to results in the public eye, with the poll appearing to prove Republicans are better at preserving the Republic than Democrats.
