‘Queen of New Mexico’: New Mexicans react to MLG abusing power, defying court’s ruling

On Thursday, it was revealed that scandal-ridden alleged serial groper Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham spent federal funds totaling about $283,000 despite the state Supreme Court ruling that by unilaterally spending funds, it is abusing her power and violating the Constitution.

But it appears the Governor doesn’t care because she is spending the federal cash anyway — a big middle finger to the Legislature — despite the unanimous Supreme Court ruling against her.

New Mexicans reacted to the news, with Sen. Jacob Candelaria (D-Bernalillo) saying, “The Supreme Court’s order entered on Nov. 18 … made perfectly clear that the governor and no one under her control … ‘shall not transfer, encumber, commit, expend or appropriate any additional funds’ out of the [American Rescue Plan Act] account in the state treasury, absent legislative appropriation.” Candelaria was one of the senators who filed suit against Lujan Grisham’s abuse of power.

“The Legislature did not appropriate the fund transfer … so this to me is a pretty serious, clear and glaring violation of the Supreme Court’s order and makes clear that despite the Supreme Court’s order, this administration chose to spend … out of this fund illegally and in direct violation of the court’s order,” he told the Santa Fe New Mexican.

Sen. Greg Baca (R-Valencia), who was one of the senators on the lawsuit, wrote on Twitter, “This is possibly a sanctionable offense.”

The state Republican Party decried the Governor’s abuse of power via Chairman Steve Pearce who said, “This is another example of the Governor acting like a dictator and ignoring the other equal branches of government.” He added, “What she has done is contemptible, wrong and dishonors the office of Governor. She must be held accountable for openly defying the Supreme Court, and such action must not be tolerated. This governor continues to think she’s the law of the land, and time and time again she has violated her own rules and policies. She is not the ‘Queen of New Mexico’ to do as she pleases. She has to adhere to our constitution and understand that our government has checks and balances.”

Republican House Leader Jim Townsend (R-Artesia) wrote, “This administration, as directed by [Michelle Lujan Grisham], has unilaterally grabbed power and ignored the Constitution, apparently caring little about the rule of law. For 632 long days, [she] has sidelined the people’s Representatives and Senators in favor of a near dictatorship that excludes even her colleague Democrat leaders, spending money willy-nilly.

He added, “We hear more and more whispers in backrooms about the damage [Lujan Grisham] is doing within her party and see the damage done to our state.”

Brett Kokinadis of the Santa Fe Republican Party said the Governor is “drunk on power.”

Now, as the second 2021 special legislative session approaches, it appears Democrats will use their unilateral force to redistrict congressional and legislative maps to benefit themselves, while largely ignoring Luja Grisham’s repeated abuses of power in office and maladministration.

Maggie Toulouse Oliver teaming up with fringe conspiracy theorist Stacey Abrams

On Thursday, just one day after failed Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams crashed into the 2022 Georgia governor’s race, far-left extremist New Mexico Secretary of State Maggie Toulouse Oliver has jumped on the Abrams train.

Toulouse Oliver sent out an email begging for donations that would be split between herself and the Georgia Democrat. “We need voting rights champions like Stacey Abrams running for statewide offices across this country. That’s why, for the next 24 hours only, we are doing a split fundraiser to raise $5,000,” wrote the email.

“We are a much stronger nation when women like Stacey hold seats of power. Stacey has, of course, already made her mark for years as a voting rights champion – and the people of Georgia deserve to have her in office,” said Toulouse Oliver.

Abrams for years insisted that she truly won the 2018 contest for Georgia governor, claiming “voter suppression” was to blame for the Republican defeating her.

She has been a loud advocate in support of the racist Black Lives Matter hate group and discredited conspiracy theories claiming “people of color” are discriminated against at the voting booth.

Now Toulouse Oliver, who has worked to destabilize New Mexico elections, is locking arms with Abrams in an apparent attempt to sweep in some cash, erroneously claiming America, which is a constitutional republic is a“democracy.”

Republican Audrey Trujillo, a conservative activist, is challenging Toulouse Oliver and is so far the only candidate for Secretary of State on the GOP side.

MLG formally announces special legislative session for redistricting, appropriating federal funds

On Thursday, scandal-ridden alleged serial groper Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham formally announced a special legislative session for the Legislature to approve congressional, legislative, and Public Education Commission maps. Also, the session will work on appropriating federal funds following the Governor’s loss at the Supreme Court, showing she broke the law by unilaterally expensing funds during the pandemic.

The release from the Governor’s office notes that “beginning at noon on Monday, December 6, as required once each decade by the state constitution. The legislature will also during the session appropriate outstanding American Rescue Plan Act funds to address the urgent needs of New Mexicans in communities large and small.”

Lujan Grisham wrote in the press release, “A fundamental part of our American democracy is ensuring that all voters are represented, and the redistricting effort will make sure that the right of all New Mexicans to vote is complemented by fair representation through their elected officials. I look forward to a productive and collegial session and know lawmakers and legislative leadership will as always carry out the people’s business thoughtfully and respectfully, in a way that honors this important work.”

Interestingly, the Governor used the word “fair” regarding the maps, as all the state House maps would benefit Democrats, and two of the three congressional maps would benefit Democrats. Two of the three state Senate maps would help Democrats.

Democrats have done everything possible to keep New Mexicans out of the Roundhouse during the special session, with a ban on all firearms for the general public with few exceptions and forced jabs to enter the building, leaving around 35.7% of the population unable to access the building supposedly dubbed the“People’s House,” according to the latest jab numbers on the New Mexico Department of Health website.

Congresswoman Herrell demands Congress finish the southern border wall

According to a letter posted by the Republican Party of New Mexico, Congresswoman Yvette Herrell (R-NM-02) has officially requested that House Committee on Appropriations Chairwoman Rosa DeLauro (D-CT) and Ranking Member Kay Granger (R-TX) appropriate funds to finish New Mexico’s border wall and other physical security, which President Donald Trump began. Herrell also has asked for upgrades to the Santa Teresa Port of Entry (POE).

“It is urgent to include adequate funding for the Santa Teresa Port of Entry,” said the Congresswoman. “Constituents and stakeholders in my district are seeing unprecedented growth with the rapid expansion of the Santa Teresa Industrial Borderplex and surrounding areas. With this job growth comes increased demands on local infrastructure and the Santa Teresa Port of Entry. As commercial crossings at the Santa Teresa Port of Entry continue to increase, the capacity to handle such volume of crossings must be able to meet the demand. Due to continued growth in commercial and private traffic as well as its importance for international trade and economic development, I am asking the committee to prioritize much-needed funding.”

Herrell also demanded Congress focus on the victims of criminal aliens crossing the border. “Illegal immigration is not a victimless crime, causing an enormous burden on taxpayers, draining public funds and manpower, and depressing wages for the most vulnerable American citizens,” she said.

“Securing our southern border by means of physical border infrastructure, such as completing construction of the border wall, is vital for our national security; we must ensure that those attempting to seek asylum or enter our country do so through a proper port of entry (POE) and that our Customs and Border Protection officers and agents are safe.”

Earlier this year, Rep. Herrell requested that Acting Commissioner for U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Troy Miller dedicate additional resources to the development and modernization of the Santa Teresa POE.

U.S. Dept. of Education paying UNM students $5k to be trained in CRT

According to a new report from Just The News, the U.S. Department of Education is funding the racist Critical Race Theory with million-dollar awards at colleges across the country. The list includes the University of New Mexico.

The report notes that the program is called “The Research Institute for Scholars of Equity,” or RISE. Just The News notes that RISE promises to produce “a cadre of scholars who value and advance equity.” In the program, “RISE students receive a $5,000 stipend, money for food and housing, and a travel allowance. According to promotional materials and grant documents, RISE students are trained to use critical race theory as a means of evaluating teacher quality, among other things.”

Jonathan Butcher, an education expert at the Heritage Foundation, said, “This is an example of federal funding for CRT at the post secondary level that also has an impact on K-12 schools based on the goals and activities of the fellowship.” He noted, “This directly exposes the claims that CRT is not used in K-12 schools as false.”

“The grant clearly has goals for teacher training that include instruction in CRT,” he added.

The first grants, approved by the Barack Obama administration include the wording “critical race theory”:

“One core feature of the fellowship is the eight-week summer research institute in which fellows will be introduced to critical race theory (as well as mixed-methods research techniques) as a means of studying issues such as teacher quality, education policy, and race and social justice in education.”

“In addition to coursework, fellows will conduct several short research projects and begin conducting research related to the RISE theme as part of research interest groups (RIGs) under the supervision of their faculty mentors. Fellows will continue to conduct research through their RIGs during the academic year.”

The 2021 grant under Joe Biden has the same wording but omits “critical race theory.”

Just The News notes, “A flyer on the University of New Mexico’s website advertises the summer of 2020 program, calling it a ‘Paid Virtual RISE Summer Research Experience in Critical Race Theory & Education for Undergraduate Students’.”

Critical Race Theory is being installed not just in the K-12 education system, as leftists are trying to do in New Mexico, but it is infiltrating college campuses, including UNM, which has become increasingly left-leaning under the scandal-ridden administration of alleged sexual predator and child abuser Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham. The embattled governor is currently working on updating social studies standards through the New Mexico Public Education Department to include tenets of CRT.

Leger Fernandez scrapes at the bottom of the barrel to bash Trump, raise cash

In an end-of-the-month fundraising email sent out on Tuesday, Rep. Teresa Leger Fernandez (D-NM-03) used President Donald Trump as a vehicle to attempt to stir up some last-minute donations before the clock hit midnight.

Her email used personal attacks on the 45th President and made far-out claims of abuse of power, as well as racism, misogyny, and what she called “hatred of every kind.”

The first-term Democrat wrote, “We watched for four years as Donald Trump espoused racism, misogyny, and hatred of every kind — while the GOP stood by him. We watched him abuse the power of his high office for his own gain — and the GOP stood by him.”

“It became clear to me that if we were going to secure responsible governance for the people of this nation, leaders would have to stand up and step up to fight for what is right: for justice, decency, the rule of law, and the common good.”

Leger Fernandez, a supporter of abortion up-to-birth, the Green New Deal, and all other positions held by the fringe of the Democrat Party’s farthest left base, appears to be making an argument that she and Democrats are somehow morally superior to President Trump and Republicans by making vague arguments and alluding to buzzwords to belittle Republicans.

As the Democrat claims, “We watched him abuse the power of his high office for his own gain,” but no specific charges are noted. It also appears to be ironic she is using this argument, as she is allies of scandal-ridden alleged serial groper Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham who the New Mexico Supreme Court ruled abused her power in office to usurp authority from the legislative branch.

Lujan Grisham also abused her power to cover up sexual assault allegations of a former staffer with $150,000 in hush money. The apparent victim, James Hallinan, accused the Governor of pouring water over his crotch and then groping him through his jeans.

Despite these horrific actions taken by the Governor, Leger Fernandez has no apparent issue with Lujan Grisham’s abuses of power in office. It appears she is scraping at the bottom of the barrel with her leftist supporters to squeeze them dry of any remaining Trump hatred in the form of campaign donations.

Recently, the National Republican Congressional Committee put Leger Fernandez on an expanded list of Democrat targets in 2022, signaling a glimmer of hope for Northern New Mexico Republicans in the Third District. It is still unclear, however, how district lines will be drawn, with a special legislative session rumored to begin on December 6, 2021.

Pedophile-linked Lincoln Project targets GOP Rep. Herrell: Report

According to Alex Ross of the Roswell Daily Record, the disgraced pedophile-linked fake “Republican” group the Lincoln Project has conservative Republican Congresswoman Yvette Herrell (NM-CD-2) on its “preliminary list” of Republicans it is trying to target in 2022.

Ross writes, “Spokesperson for Lincoln Project told me today they are ‘finalizing’ the House Republicans they hope to target in 2022, but say Yvette Herrell of #NM02 is ‘on our preliminary list.’ Herrell last November unseated Democrat Xochitl Torres Small 54 to 46%.”

He added, “Herrell has been one of [President] Trump’s most ardent supporters in Congress, voting against certifying the election results in states Biden won in an attempt to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election. Trump also carried #NM02 by a large margin.”

The Lincoln Project has been dubbed the “Pedophile Project” by Donald Trump, Jr. after the group’s co-founder John Weaver reportedly harassed nearly two dozen underaged boys, one young man saying the sexual messages started when he was 14. The group is also known for widely condemned media stunts, such as in Virginia’s gubernatorial election where it paid actors dressed as racist Charlottesville protesters to erroneously claim support for Republican Glenn Youngkin. Despite the desperate ploy, Youngkin won the election.

Now, the scandal-plagued D.C. group is attempting to get back on its feet after its fall from grace by helping out radical leftist Democrats to attempt to unseat Herrell.

But Congresswoman Herrell responded, “Bring it on! I’m proud to be a true conservative representing our New Mexico values, and I won’t back down.”

It appears the hand-selected choice of the radical New Mexico Democrat Party for the Second District is Gabe Vasquez, a Trump-hating social justice keyboard warrior and Las Cruces City Councilor who believes the United States is “deeply rooted” in “white supremacy.” He has already snagged many of New Mexico’s high-profile endorsements, including that of Democrat Sen. Martin Heinrich. He is also endorsed by porn actor-turned Democrat state Rep. Roger Montoya.
Herrell is asking donors to help her combat the left-wing extremism of the Lincoln Project by donating here.

Maggie Toulouse Oliver explodes over Trump ‘Big Lie’ statement, claims he’s targeting her

In a Sunday statement, President Donald Trump wrote, “I am willing to challenge the heads of the various papers or even far-left politicians, who have perpetuated the Real Big Lie, which is voter irregularities and fraud on a massive and determinative scale”

The 45th President added, “While I am willing to do it, they will never agree because they cannot argue that facts in states including Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, Arizona, Nevada, New Hampshire, and others such as New Mexico, where the Democrat Secretary of State changed the voting laws without legislative approval just prior to the election, making it virtually impossible for the Republican presidential candidate to win.”

The 2020 election, which allegedly had massive fraud, including in New Mexico under the watch of Secretary of State Maggie Toulouse Oliver, with the lack of purging voter rolls, the failure to implement an identification card to vote, ballot harvesting running rampant, and dark money leftist ally groups working overtime to perpetuate the “Big Lie” that voter fraud in the state does not exist.

President Trump’s recent statements targeting Toulouse Oliver have resulted in her freaking out via a fundraising email to her donors, claiming “Trump zeroes in on Maggie.”

The desperate ploy claims President Trump’s statement “is a lie,” bashing him as a “bully.” She also erroneously claimed he is “going after Maggie and our voting rights.”

“We must protect our democracy by standing up to bullies like him. Grassroots donors like you are the lifeblood of our campaign. With our fundraising blackout rapidly approaching, and Trump just getting started on spouting his lies and bullying Maggie, we need to raise as much money as possible,” the email wrote, subsequently asking for campaign funds.

It is unclear why the Toulouse Oliver campaign is claiming “voting rights” are being targeted, as the 45th President zeroed in on fraudulent activity permitted by the Secretary of State, not the right to vote.

Toulouse Oliver faces off against the only declared Republican candidate, conservative activist Audrey Trujillo of Corrales.

Lujan Grisham, NMPED outed as ‘child abusers’ following landmark study

A new scientific study by Brown University scientists, in conjunction with the global consulting firm Resonance, shows that young children’s development is expected to drop by 23 percent during the pandemic due to masking.

Sean CL Deoni, Jennifer Beauchemin, Viren D’Sa, and Alexandra Volpe wrote the review, collecting data from 1,600 children and their caregivers who have been enrolled in the study between the ages of 0 and 5 on a rolling basis.

The Daily Mail reports, “The probe analyzed the cognitive development of the youngsters through infancy, childhood and adolescence, and looked at how average development scores in three key areas had been affected during the [pandemic] era – with shocking results.”

Researchers first watched 1,070 assessments administered on 650 children before March 2020 when lockdowns and masking started.

“Then, a further 154 assessments from 118 kids administered between March 2020 and June 2021, during the height of the pandemic, were carried out. Meanwhile, 39 children born in 2018 and 2019 were analyzed over the course of the pandemic, into 2021,” The Daily Mail notes.

The tests included measuring three “widely accepted” measures of child development, including the early learning composite (ELC), verbal development quotient (VDQ), and non-verbal development quotient (NVDQ)…. A child’s early learning composite is derived from their fine motor, visual reception, receptive, and expressive language scales, and [in] the early years equivalent to an IQ score.”

The shocking results revealed that the mean ELC dropped by 23 percent from a high under 100 in 2019 to approximately 80 in 2020, then 77 in 2021. The VDQ dropped from an average of 100 in 2018 to below 90 in 2020, and around 70 in 2021. The NVDQ also showed negative results. It dropped from a mean score of around 105 in 2019 to 100 in 2020 and around 80 in 2021.

The study said that “children born during the pandemic have significantly reduced verbal, motor, and overall cognitive performance compared to children born pre-pandemic.”

“[M]asks worn in public settings and in school or daycare settings may impact a range of early developing skills, such as attachment, facial processing, and socioemotional processing,” the report concluded.

However, in New Mexico, scandal-ridden alleged serial groper Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham has forced masking of children in schools, as well as masking required in all indoor settings, which has outed the embattled Governor and her New Mexico Public Education Department (NMPED) administering her edicts as apparent “child abusers” who have stalled child development.

Lujan Grisham’s mask mandates have extended even to school sports, with children over three forced to “mask up,” which is stunting their development. These mandates forced children to wear masks at school, even recently as younger children have been approved by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to get the jab. Masks are required for all regardless.

One Twitter user branded Lujan Grisham and NMPED as “child abusers” and others added onto that:

Keller roasted online for once again skirting MLG’s indoor mask mandate

While New Mexicans are being forced to abide by scandal-ridden alleged serial groper Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham’s indoor mask mandate, with the threat of her sending the State Police to enforce the edict, Democrat politicians feel they need not abide by the rules she is forcing upon the public.

Over the weekend, socialist Albuquerque Mayor Tim Keller was spotted shopping around Albuquerque on Small Business Saturday, but in one of the photos he posted online, it showed him maskless while patronizing an indoor shop. Although he was maskless, in non-compliance with Lujan Grisham’s edict, his daughter Maya was spotted masked-up standing beside him.

This is the second time Keller has skirted the Governor’s public health orders, despite being an ally of Lujan Grisham and a supposed proponent of these mask orders. Keller was previously spotted at the wedding of Shaun Peña, the son of Democrat Albuquerque City Councilor Klarissa Peña.

When challenged on Facebook over the maskless event, Bernalillo County Clerk Linda Stover, who also was in attendance at the maskless wedding, claimed, “[W]e were all vaccinated – [D]on’t jump so quickly to try and make a nice moment look bad.”

But with Keller’s latest failure to wear a mask indoors despite the Lujan Grisham mandate, New Mexicans raked him over the coals as a “rules for thee but not for me”-type ruler.

One account wrote, “Don’t wear your masks anymore people!!! Keller isn’t wearing his and @GovMLG doesn’t wear one. So why keep it on?”

“We’re really worried since our leaders exhibit this type of behavior,” wrote another.

“Hey you are not wearing a mask indoors there…come on man!,” wrote one Twitter user, while another opined, “We don’t have to wear masks indoors now @GovMLG? Or only the Mayor gets a pass? For thee but not for me?”

Republican gubernatorial candidate and Sandoval County Commissioner Jay Block wrote,“Will @GovMLG fine him or call out Mayor Hypocrite? If she couldn’t call out her BFF sex predator Cuomo, you really expect her to slap Timmy on the wrist? Nope.”

Ironically, in a previous video done for Gov. Lujan Grisham, Keller claimed “a simple mask is key to literally saving lives and to reopening our local business.”

Those words are now coming back to bite Keller, who was just reelected to a second term.
