Maggie Toulouse Oliver explodes over Trump ‘Big Lie’ statement, claims he’s targeting her

In a Sunday statement, President Donald Trump wrote, “I am willing to challenge the heads of the various papers or even far-left politicians, who have perpetuated the Real Big Lie, which is voter irregularities and fraud on a massive and determinative scale”

The 45th President added, “While I am willing to do it, they will never agree because they cannot argue that facts in states including Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, Arizona, Nevada, New Hampshire, and others such as New Mexico, where the Democrat Secretary of State changed the voting laws without legislative approval just prior to the election, making it virtually impossible for the Republican presidential candidate to win.” 

The 2020 election, which allegedly had massive fraud, including in New Mexico under the watch of Secretary of State Maggie Toulouse Oliver, with the lack of purging voter rolls, the failure to implement an identification card to vote, ballot harvesting running rampant, and dark money leftist ally groups working overtime to perpetuate the “Big Lie” that voter fraud in the state does not exist. 

President Trump’s recent statements targeting Toulouse Oliver have resulted in her freaking out via a fundraising email to her donors, claiming “Trump zeroes in on Maggie.” 

The desperate ploy claims President Trump’s statement “is a lie,” bashing him as a “bully.” She also erroneously claimed he is “going after Maggie and our voting rights.”

“We must protect our democracy by standing up to bullies like him. Grassroots donors like you are the lifeblood of our campaign. With our fundraising blackout rapidly approaching, and Trump just getting started on spouting his lies and bullying Maggie, we need to raise as much money as possible,” the email wrote, subsequently asking for campaign funds. 

It is unclear why the Toulouse Oliver campaign is claiming “voting rights” are being targeted, as the 45th President zeroed in on fraudulent activity permitted by the Secretary of State, not the right to vote.

Sec. of State to hold hearing on stripping mail-in ballot verification protections, opening door to fraud

On Thursday, the Secretary of State’s Office will hold a hearing at the Roundhouse on proposed election rule changes to 1.10.15 NMAC regarding voting administration and mail-in ballot verification processes and 1.10.19 NMAC, a “new Secured Containers Rule.” 

These changes would directly impact the security of elections in New Mexico, especially with the proposed rule, written to take effect on August 24, 2021, which would flatly strip out section 1.10.15.8, which gives requirements for ballot verification with the last four digits of a social security number, signature matching, and notifications sent to voters of their ballots being rejected, giving the voter the opportunity to “cure” their ballot at their local city clerk’s office. 

Some of the portions proposed to be stricken by Secretary Maggie Toulouse Oliver  include:

A. Upon receipt of a mailed ballot, the county clerk shall remove the privacy flap to verify that the voter signed the official mailing envelope and to confirm that the last four digits of the social security number provided by the voter matches the information on the voter’s certificate of registration. 

B. If either the voter’s signature is missing or the last four digits of the voter’s social security number are not provided or do not match, the county clerk shall reject the mailed ballot and make the appropriate notation in the absentee ballot register and shall transfer the ballot to the special deputy for mailed ballots for delivery to the absent voter election board. Mailed ballots that are rejected must be secured and kept separate from the accepted mailed ballots.

C. If the mailed ballot is rejected, the county clerk shall within one working day send the voter a notice of rejection, in the voter’s preferred language, along with information regarding how the voter may cure the reason for the rejection.

In the 1.10.19 NMAC rule change, Toulouse Oliver  proposes the institution of “ballot drop box[es],” which would further weaken New Mexico election regulations by forcing New Mexico’s county clerks, unless granted a waiver, to install “a secured container to return official mailing envelopes” based on “a voting population-based formula determined by the secretary of state.”

Although the rule claims to be “secure” with the addition of “video recordings” at the drop-off locations, it would be unclear who is dropping off what ballot, opening up the process to voter fraud through ballot harvesting (taking other peoples’ ballots to the drop-off location for them, which could be altered or otherwise tampered with). Poll challengers tell the Piñon Post that at least in Bernalillo and Sandoval Counties during the 2020 election, the rule adding video recordings was in place, however, no precincts that they witnessed adhered to the video surveillance mandate.

With the Secretary of State’s proposed striking of  1.10.15.8 NMCA ensuring verification of ballots for signatures and matching social security numbers, the addition of the ballot drop boxes would give free rein for bad actors to defraud New Mexico elections through ballot harvesting and the submission of illegal mail-in ballots.

New Mexicans are encouraged to attend the meeting and speak up against the rule change, which would make New Mexico’s elections even more susceptible to fraud with the lack of ballot verification and the addition of ballot drop boxes, leaving New Mexicans’ votes vulnerable.

Ballot harvesting is already happening in New Mexico, with even New Mexico’s newest member of the state House of Representatives, Pamelya Herndon, admitting to harvesting ballots from senior citizens.

A public hearing will be held on Thursday July 22, from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm, at the State Capitol Building located at 490 Old Santa Fe Trail, Santa Fe, NM 87501 in Room 322.  Every effort will be made to ensure that this hearing will be live streamed on the Office’s website.  The public hearing allows members of the public an opportunity to submit data, testimony, and arguments in person on the proposed rule changes detailed below.  All comments will be recorded by a court reporter.

BernCo Commission taps Democrat ballot harvester to fill Stansbury’s vacated seat

On Tuesday, the Bernalillo County Commission, in a 4-0 vote, chose far-left Democrat Pamelya Herndon to serve the remainder of former state Rep. Melanie Stansbury’s term in the 28th House District following Stansbuy being elected to Congress.

As Piñon Post has exclusively reported, Herndon is a longtime Democrat political operative who was caught bragging in 2020 during a closed-door fundraising call for Ben Ray Luján and Xochitl Torres Small about ballot harvesting votes from senior citizens, a tactic that has contributed to voter fraud. 

She said on the call, “Go by and talk to your senior citizens. See if those ballots have been put in the mail, and if not, pick it up and take it to a polling location… you can take at least one absentee ballot for a member of your family to a polling location. We want every ballot counted, Congressman [Ben Ray Luján] because we want to see that you and Xochitl Torres Small and everybody on that ballot for the Democratic Party gets elected.”

New Mexico doesn’t require a “witness” when filling out an absentee ballot, which makes it just that much easier for fraud to sneak in. According to the Daily Signal, “Previously, New Mexico required the signature of a witness as well as the voter on an absentee ballot. However, in 1993, the state Legislature passed a law removing that requirement.”

Herndon also testified as an “expert witness” on extreme far-left bills during the 2021 Legislative Session, including one to harm small businesses by hiking the minimum wage to $15 per hour, a policy championed by socialists like U.S. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY).

Out of the eight people who applied, including drag queen prostitute “Bunni Cruse,” conservative New Mexico activist Marcie May, and others, Herndon earned the support of the Democrat-dominated Bernalillo County Commission.Following Herndon’s appointment, far-left groups and politicians celebrated, including the George Soros-tied ProgressNow New Mexico, which wrote, “Congratulations to Pamelya Herndon, newly appointed to serve as state Representative for District 28.”

Far-left Dem ballot harvester seeks appointment to Stansbury’s vacated legislative seat

Far-left establishment Democrat operative Pamelya Herndon, who also serves as a caucus chair for the Democrat Party of New Mexico, is seeking appointment by the Bernalillo County Commission to be the next state representative to the New Mexico House District 28 seat vacated by Rep. Melanie Stansbury, who was sworn into Congress this week.

Her top priorities, according to her website, are “social justice” and “civil rights.”

Herndon will face Democrat competition from a prostitute and “jello shot girl” going by the name “Bunni Benton Cruse,” who is also seeking the spot. 

Cruse, who openly has a “conviction” for prostitution, would not be the first controversial figure to seek public office. State Rep. Roger Montoya (D-Colfax, Mora, Rio Arriba & San Miguel), who was endorsed by Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham in 2020, was a porn actor before running for his state legislative seat.

Trump Campaign files lawsuit in New Mexico regarding ballot drop boxes

On Monday, President Donald J. Trump filed a lawsuit in New Mexico asking a judge to stop electoral votes from being cast and counted. The lawsuit focused on “drop boxes” for the deposit of absentee ballots and alleged fraud that occurred. The suit claims Democrat Secretary of State Maggie Toulouse Oliver created an election that was not constitutional.

It made multiple allegations, including that “[c]ertain officials in New Mexico presented the pandemic as the justification for ignoring state laws regarding absentee and mail-in voting. The State of New Mexico flooded their citizenry with hundreds of thousands of ballot applications and ballots in derogation of statutory controls as to how they are lawfully received, evaluated, and counted. Whether well-intentioned or not, these unconstitutional acts had the same uniform effect — they made the 2020 election less secure in the state of New Mexico.

The drop boxes were funded and installed thanks to federal CARES Act money in an effort to “reduce numbers of voters congregating at voting locations in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.”

The suit reads as follows regarding drop-boxes:

The Secretary’s solution to this problem — which also enabled her to take advantage of federal funding earmarked for absentee-ballot drop-off boxes — was to create another ballot-return option called the “drop box.” The word “drop box” does not appear in the Election Code, and the only creature of statute that looks in any way like it is the “secured container” concept from § 1-6-9(E), but the Secretary took the position that drop boxes were not “secured containers.” Rather, the Secretary took the position that drop boxes were simply an embodiment of the longstanding rule that an absentee-ballot “official mailing envelope may be returned in person to . . . an alternate voting location, mobile alternate voting location or election day voting location.” NMSA 1978, § 1-6-9(D). In short, her position is that there is no difference between the longstanding practice of a voter turning in his or her ballot “in person” and a voter turning in to a drop box placed outside the polling place.

This procedure was simply not followed with regard to what the Trump Campaign believes was the majority of drop boxes in New Mexico, allowing individuals to drop off multiple ballots — meaning that, by definition, they were not the voter on all of them — without speaking to a person at all.

The suit concludes:

The Court should order a temporary restraining order to the Defendant Secretary and the Defendant Electors of the state of New Mexico to delay disposition of certificates of votes for President and Vice President that would ordinarily be performed in accordance with 3 U.S.C. 11, that are made and signed, or will be made and signed, in accordance with 3 U.S.C. 9. until further order of this Court and then issue a preliminary injunction or stay against their doing so until the conclusion of this case on the merits. Alternatively, the Court should reach the merits, vacate the Defendant Electors’ certifications from the unconstitutional 2020 election results, and remand to the state of New Mexico legislature pursuant to 3 U.S.C. § 2 to appoint electors.

The Republican Party previously won a legal victory regarding drop boxes before the 2020 election, with a judge agreeing with the Party that three counties “had failed to provide mandated security measures at their absentee ballot drop box locations.” Toulouse Oliver later agreed to reissue guidelines to all counties regarding dropbox supervision and procedures. 

“The President’s lawsuit is valid and necessary,” said Republican Party of New Mexico Chairman Steve Pearce. “We have questioned these drop boxes and the entire election process where the Secretary of State seems to make up her own rules and allows violations to happen in this past election. To allow these actions to happen stains our election integrity and our very democracy.”

Alex Curtas in the Secretary of State’s office brushed off the new Trump suit, telling the Las Cruces Sun-News that “This lawsuit appears to be yet another attempt by the outgoing Trump Administration to silence the voices of lawful voters throughout the country.” Previously on Monday, New Mexico’s five electors cast their ballots for vice-president and president.

NM House Speaker Egolf claims Texas’ Supreme Court case wants to make Trump a ‘dictator’

On Thursday night, Democrat New Mexico House Speaker Brian Egolf shot out an apparent hastily written tweet giving his two cents on Texas’ recent Supreme Court lawsuit. The suit argues against four states’ elections because the states’ legislatures were not involved in changing election laws and procedures. The states include Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

Egolf, the Santa Fe Democrat, claimed that Texas’ Attorney General, Ken Paxton, who filed the suit, was attempting to “install” President Donald Trump as “dictator.” He added, “Every silent Republican elected official is complicit.” 

It appears Egolf is in-favor of putting Republicans on lists if they do not comply with his demands. These tactics are reminiscent of New York socialist U.S. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s attempt to document President Trump’s supporters and make their lives difficult for having such convictions.  

Ironically, Egolf has himself used the power of his gavel in a dictator-like manner by repeatedly chucking New Mexico House rules out the window to ram through radical legislation, such as with sweeping gun bans and sky-high fiscal proposals.  

The Texas Supreme Court challenge has 17 states joining in on the suit and over 106 members of the U.S. Congress signing onto an amicus brief in strong support of Texas’ move to secure the integrity of the 2020 Election. 

U.S. Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-New York), explained the amicus brief signed by hundreds of members of Congress on Twitter, writing the following: 

“The amicus brief that was signed by over 100 House Republican Members today is about protecting our Constitution. The Constitution is clear; Election Officials and State Executives cannot change the people’s presidential election process without the state legislature. approving it. Additionally, it is unconstitutional to refuse to check signatures on mail-in ballots if the state law explicitly states that they must be checked. We are requesting that the Supreme Court carefully review the lawsuit and provide clarity to the American People, who are rightfully concerned about both the unconstitutional overreach from certain state officials and the integrity of the Presidential election.” 

The Republican Party of New Mexico has also lent their support for Texas’ lawsuit. “We stand by the Texas lawsuit in an effort to really examine what happened in many states on Election Day,” said Republican Party of New Mexico Chairman Steve Pearce. “There are too many instances where Biden votes suddenly appear. There’s even video in one state where poll workers discover crates of votes hidden under tables after the room is emptied. This has to stop, and these kinds of shenanigans must be addressed. All the plaintiffs want is to prove to the Court that what’s happened across the country was wrong, fraudulent and that the election results must be invalidated. We cannot allow dishonest elections to happen in our nation,” he added.

Report: New Mexico gave Dominion Voting Systems $52 million

Forbes released a report this week detailing how states have given over $120 million to Dominion Voting Sytems from the years 2017 to 2019 to provide “election services.” 

According to the report, “Dominion Voting Systems is the second largest vendor in the non-transparent and entrenched election system industry where three vendors control 88-percent of the market.” 

Dominion systems have reportedly switched thousands of votes, and even faculty at the nation’s leading universities, including Princeton University, have issued warnings of how the machines can be manipulated to “flip” votes.

The Piñon Post exclusively reported on Dominion voting machines being adopted starting in the 2014 election cycle under corrupt ex-Secretary of State Dianna Duran, who was convicted for embezzlement.  

Our previous post details what machines were adopted and how they can be used to potentially change or skew votes: 

During her term, Dominion’s ImageCast Evolution unit was adopted, which according to Dominion, “is a precinct-level, digital scan, ballot marking device and tabulator that is designed to perform three major functions: • Ballot scanning and tabulation • Ballot review and second chance voting • Accessible voting and ballot marking.” 

Also adopted were Dominion’s ImageCast Central machines. According to Dominion, “Central scanning is typically used to process absentee or mail-in ballots. The election definition is taken from EMS, using the same database that is utilized to program any precinct scanners for a given election. Multiple ImageCast Central scanners can be programmed for use in an election. The ImageCast Central application is installed and later initialized on a computer attached to the central count scanner. Ballots are processed through the central scanner(s) in batches based on jurisdictional preferences and requirements.” 

Another machine adopted under the corrupt Duran administration at the New Mexico Secretary of State’s office was the ICP-BMD machine, a ballot marking device that is supposed to be used for people with disabilities. 

These machines can be manipulated, according to reports from other counties. According to the County of Santa Clara, California, the Dominion central count scanners “[a]llows staff to adjust tally based on review of scanned ballot images.” 

According to Forbes, “Dominion received $52 million from the state government. Services included the full suite of hardware and software information-technology agreements.”

NM GOP files lawsuit to impound ballots in Bernalillo County, citing ‘unusual’ election activity

On Friday, the Republican Party of New Mexico announced they have financed and filed a lawsuit requesting for Bernalillo County ballots in the First Congressional District to be impounded to search for irregularities.

“There are questions that still persist in this election that involve election integrity, and we must look closely at what happened here in New Mexico,” said Republican Party of New Mexico Chairman Steve Pearce.

According to the news release, the New Mexico Republican Party asked congressional candidate Michelle Garcia Holmes, who ran for the seat, to submit the petition. “New Mexico law grants candidates the right to have authorities impound tally sheets, registration certificates, paper ballots, absentee ballots, statements of canvass, absentee ballot applications and absentee ballot registers,” says the release.

NM GOP and Garcia Holmes are petitioning the Court to impound ballots in Bernalillo County’s 70 election-day voting convenience centers, 17 early alternative voting locations, and 88 absentee voter precincts.

“The Republican Party of New Mexico is also considering impounding ballots in other counties,” the release adds. 

Last month, President Trump’s legal team members, including Rudy Giuliani and Boris Epshteyn, mentioned over 180,000 ballots in question in New Mexico, which they were seeking to review. Being the most populous in the state, Bernalillo County will be lucrative for searing for fraud if the Court allows the petition to move forward. 

New Mexico uses the Dominion Voting Systems machines, which have been in question due to their ability to switch votes. Felon ex-Secretary of State Dianna Duran originally implemented them in New Mexico’s voting system in 2014.

Luján now says elections ‘safe and secure’ after peddling Russia ‘election interference’ conspiracies

On Friday, Rep. Ben Ray Lujan took to Twitter to claim that New Mexico’s elections–which remain in serious doubt–were “safe and secure,” despite any evidence proving his point.

He wrote, “Let me be clear: New Mexico’s elections were safe and secure thanks to the efforts of elections officials & poll workers. Efforts to cast doubt on our elections are baseless & wrong — and they distract from the smooth transfer of power Americans deserve.”

But Ben Ray Luján has been one of the loudest members of the U.S. House of Representatives peddling a conspiracy that Russia interfered in the 2016 elections, claiming President Trump benefitted by this. A years-long investigation by partisan Democrats found no collusion between Russia and the Trump Campaign, as well as no obstruction of justice from the Trump Administration, disproving Luján’s misinformation campaign.

During the investigation, Luján claimed, “The President’s refusal to stand up to Putin signals permission to Russia that it is ok to interfere in future elections. After today my Republican colleagues must decide if they will remain complicit or finally act to protect our democracy.” This comes after President Trump has been one of the toughest American presidents on Russia, instituting crippling sanctions on the country and shuttered Russian consulates across the nation–the very opposite of “refus[ing] to stand up to Putin.” 

Luján also claimed Trump “encourag[ed] Russia’s election interference,” which is untrue, and repeatedly claimed Russia “meddled” in American elections, while sharing photos of Vladimir Putin to try and bolster his baseless argument. 

However, there is ample evidence, some even coming from the Ivy League Princeton University, showing Dominion Voting Systems–which were used in all of New Mexico’s 33 counties–can be hacked and votes can be changed. President Trump’s lawyer and former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani said in a press conference this week that the campaign has a “very, very significant amount of fraud allegations in the state of New Mexico,” while Boris Epshteyn, another member of the Trump Campaign said there were “up to 180,000 ballots” in question in the Land of Enchantment–far more than enough to turn the state from Biden to Trump. 

The Piñon Post has compiled multiple reports on election fraud in New Mexico, which Democrats and leftist organizations claim is “next to impossible” to occur, however, it has occurred, leading to Democrat wins at the ballot box. Trump Campaign official says up to 180k ballots in question in New Mexico

On Wednesday, Boris Epshteyn, a member of President Donald Trump’s 2020 advisory board, appeared on Real America’s Voice News with Steve Bannon to talk about election fraud across the country and the campaign’s efforts to expose the true results of the 2020 election in key battleground states.

Among the states Epshteyn mentioned were Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico.

Bannon pushed Epshteyn on mentioning New Mexico, to which he replied:

“I was alerted to the fact that in New Mexico, outside of Bernalillo County, which is the county where Albuquerque is, there was an issue with observers not being allowed to observe that has impacted, I believe, up to 180,000 ballots — 180,000 ballots. Do you know what the difference in the state of New Mexico between Sleepy Joe Biden and the President of the United States?… It’s 99,000. That’s what it is. So, the State of New Mexico, which has always been ripe with all kinds of fraud and all kinds of issues, is definitely another state where we’re taking a hard look at.” 

The state Republican Party shared the video on social media, writing, “[The Republican Party of New Mexico] is working overtime to get answers and we will not stop until we do. We are exposing the Democrats’ fraud scheme and working to get the TRUE results from the November 3rd Election.”
