On Tuesday, it was revealed that Bernalillo County Sheriff Manny Gonzales was meeting in Washington, D.C. with President Donald Trump to discuss the implementation of the President’s “Operation Legend,” which according to the Department of Justice, will be “a sustained, systematic and coordinated law enforcement initiative across all federal law enforcement agencies working in conjunction with state and local law enforcement officials to fight the sudden surge of violent crime.”
Upon news of the Sheriff’s upcoming meeting with the President to discuss a benign measure to ensure safe streets, the far-left Democrats in New Mexico’s Congressional delegation and at New Mexico liberal groups exploded with immediate fits of rage.
Sen. Martin Heinrich (D-NM), who has a permanent residence in Maryland, said in a statement, “Sheriff Gonzales wasn’t representing Bernalillo County when he opposed body cameras. He wasn’t representing Bernalillo County when he opposed efforts for common sense gun violence reforms. And he isn’t with us now.”
Heinrich demanded, “Instead of collaborating with the Albuquerque Police Department, the Sheriff is inviting the President’s stormtroopers into Albuquerque,” continuing to say, “If we can learn anything from Portland, it’s that we don’t need this kind of ‘help’ from the White House. The President is currently using federal law enforcement agents like a domestic paramilitary force. That’s precisely how fascism begins and none of us should ever encourage or accept it.”
The junior senator is referring to the arrests made in portland of Antifa domestic terrorists which sparked fire on Twitter after videos showed Federal agents calmly arresting provocateurs
Far-left Rep. Deb Haaland who represents Albuquerque in the First Congressional District wrote on Twitter, “President Trump and AG Barr are trying to deploy federal law enforcement officers into Albuquerque to harass our communities & divide us. Sheriff Manny Gonzales is their accomplice. We will stand united against this threat.”
Far-left fringe group “ProgressNow NM,” which has actively supported the local Antifa chapter, started an unhinged petition demanding Sheriff Gonzales resign, claiming he is letting in “Trump’s Gestapo.” ProgressNow previously endorsed a series of tweets from Antifa doxxing fellow citizens they disagreed with on political views.
Law and order by the Bernalillo County Sheriff appear to be universally rejected by the leftist mob, hell-bent on destroying the Police Department, the Sheriff’s Office, and any other type of peace-keeping agency from doing their job. If merely meeting with President Trump can trigger such a response, it is inconceivable what lengths these people will go when the Sheriff begins implementing “Operation Legend”
Nonviolent protests aren’t a problem. Violent, destructive, Communist, paid rioters are. Soros and China want America to join the puppet countries involved in a One World communist government system. Young Americans lacking wisdom in regards to freedom and law and order are the globalist’s suckers.. Give them a one way ticket to China for a eye opening wake up call. Contact the sheriffs in your county and tell them to support him and defend your God given rights, as they swore an oath to do. File a complaint about how your life has been destroyed against the governor, and urge them to arrest her per sections 3 and 4 of the 14th amendment. The complaint does not have to be fancy, just share your story. They need to know the people are behind them.
Do not let the commies win. Just read what happened in the “french revolution” if you want to know what they plan on bringing here, and already are. Haaland the witch and the others are the ones bringing violence lies and division to our beautiful state where people do live in community and are not racist like they are.

IT is my understanding that these people coming in are specialist in areas related to certain problem. these are not thugs, like the Antifa and some of the violent BLM mercenary/paid problem causers and provokers. Sheriff Gonzales should not have HAD to request federal help, but the local establishment is NOT getting the job done, as all the crime statistics verify. Keller has the APD officers stand down so paid insurrectionists can destroy public property. I thank Sheriff Gonzales for having the courage and fortitude to stand up and do what he took an oath to do. The far left doesn’t want him because he is following the law!! I call for the resignation of all those leftist politicians in New Mexico(Martin Heinrich, Rep. Deb Haaland & anyone else). These people do not represent New Mexico they only represent what the liberal Democratic party wants them to represent. Every now and then they try to blow smoke by pointing out something they are trying to do for New Mexico but with all the damaging legislation they do against the freedoms of the U.S. they should all be removed from office. Heinrich made a big deal of President Trump sending Federal officers to Albuquerque to deal figure ways to reduce crime. Here it is the President is trying to help New Mexico and it is evident Heinrich and other liberals are doing all they can to prevent crime from being reduced in our state. All I can tell New Mexicans is that they need to investigate and wake up before they loose all their rights guaranteed by our U.S. Constitution. I support Manny Gonzales and what he is doing. He is a real American where Heinrich and Haaland are the opposite. I agree with him 100% for accepting help from President Trump. Anyone in their right mind can see this. Are there that many liberal blinded Democrats in this state? I sent a letter to Mr. Heinrich the other day telling him how displeased I am at the way he has been responding to issues in our country and state. All I can tell everyone is that you see how the Democratic party has changed to push a radical Marxist socialist agenda make sure you do not vote for any Democrat in the future. If you do you will be facing what happened in Venezuela and if you think I am joking think again and do your homework. You will find we are going to have food shortages, product shortages of all sorts, financial issues, social security failure as well as medical care failures and so much more. We common New Mexico citizens will have to pick this up if our politicians will not help. I am all for the Federal officers coming in here. I do not live in Abq. and do not want to visit there because of the crime there. If I had to stay there I would sleep in my vehicle with a big caliber popper with lots of ammo.
