This week, the abortion up-to-birth group NARAL endorsed far-left Democrat U.S. Rep. Gabe Vasquez (NM-CD-02) for a second term, along with other “frontline” Democrats who face tough reelection prospects.
The group’s president Mini Timmaraju wrote in a statement, “We’re proud to endorse this slate of leaders as the first endorsements of our 2024 electoral program. Ensuring they are reelected is essential to taking back the U.S. House of Representatives and moving one step closer to passing into law legislation that will protect and expand reproductive freedom (abortion).”
The only way for a candidate to receive the radical group’s endorsement is by being 100 percent pro-abortion, meaning no limits whatsoever on abortion procedures — a stance that is far outside of the beliefs of average New Mexicans and Americans in general.
A recent Albuquerque Journal poll found that 59 percent of New Mexicans support some abortion limits, while Vasquez, who represents a district he only won by 0.7 percent, backs full-term abortion.
To double down on his extremist stance, Vasquez wrote on Twitter Sunday to commemorate the anniversary of Roe v. Wade’s reversal, “[Abortion] is health care. On the anniversary of the end of Roe v. Wade, I’m recommitting to fight for reproductive care for all women across the US.”
Vasquez faces fierce Republican competition from former U.S. Rep. Yvette Herrell, who has the backing of many big names, including U.S. House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA).
Anyone that can state the the killing of babies is “reproductive care is health care” is an arm of the devil, a marxist, a communist and is not a person that should be in our government. Reproductive health care would be IUDs, rubbers, the pill, and any other items that helps prevent a women from getting pregnant. If you voted for Gabe Vasquez or any other governmental official that condones the killing of Gods children you will be judged by your maker when you die. I am not even a Christian and I know it is wrong to kill unborn children and up to birth, WTH, that is murder. Only God can forgive you.

Walgreens customers are claiming that they are being denied the ability to purchase birth control and condoms. CVS has a similar policy to Walgreens which allows pharmacists to deny the sale of birth control products.

Now that this news is out, Vasquez needs to abort his campaign.

I hate what is being done to our state. To create this abortion haven for all of the US. and to make us the partial birth abortion capital does not represent New Mexico, and it certainly does not represent me. I’m ashamed of this image the few extremists in power have created.
Why don’t you move to Texas where the other extremists live? Women are coming here to get healthcare. If a baby dies in womb women who have to carry it to term can die from carrying a rotting corpse in their womb. The healthcare needed to remove that dead baby is considered an abortion and banned by you. A miscarriage often needs a D&C (abortion procedure) to avoid the woman getting sepsis, a life threatening infection. YOU should not decide MY life decisions! It is not YOUR place to judge!
In Texas and every other state, if a baby dies in the womb, the medical staff will induce labor or preform a D&C if necessary. This will not change.
My wife had to have an abortion from a baby that died inside her, then had the D n C procedure. That is healthcare…in Texas. Killing healthy babies? Your body your choice? You had a choice to use contraception, now you are 9 months pregnant(abortion up to birth) is just murder, not health care
