Sandia Labs employees speak out against vaccine mandate threats

In a 15-minute Rumble video posted by a page called “Sandia National Labs Workers for Freedom,” ten Sandia National Labs (SNL) workers spoke out against the vaccine mandate threatening their jobs and livelihoods. Coercive measures are in place, with little access to exemptions and much hostility reported in the workplace.

Here is one testimony from a Sandia worker:

I have worked at Sandia Labs serving our nation for over seven years. I had intended to work at Sandia for a very long time, possibly until retirement. In the past, I had felt that Sandia valued its employees and their families. One of Sandia’s core values is we respect each other and I quote: ‘Respect is at the core of everything we do. We respect our mission and build trusted relationships with our clients, stakeholders, and each other. We engage today’s talent, bring together diverse perspectives, and recognize that all members of the workforce contribute to the success of the labs. Our diversity of culture, experiences, and beliefs make us better.’… Sandia has not been living up to this value.

Increasingly, it has become a hostile workplace where differing views are not welcome. Those who ask questions or attempt scientific discussion that disagrees with the majority view are met with outright hostility. How is this valuing diversity, how is it inclusion, how is it even science if we are not able to discuss differing research and viewpoints? When the laboratory can mandate that an employee can submit to an unwanted medical procedure or face termination, this is not respect. This is not valuing or listening to your employees.

When an associate labs director can dismiss and mock those with differing viewpoints when she makes judgments as to which religions may be entitled to their legally protected right to an accommodation, that is not inclusion, it is discrimination. It is discrimination that threatens the livelihood of employees who thought that they were valued. It threatens their ability to provide for their children. It threatens my ability to provide for my children. That is not diversity, it is not inclusion, and it certainly is not respect.

One employee said, “I may lose my job, but the loss of talent and critical knowledge that is our nation’s security is a far greater concern. I will always serve our nation and my countrymen. Please join us and help us fight back against this flagrant tyranny.”

Another employee claimed the labs are working without “integrity” and are promoting “division” among the workforce.

Some employees have already faced termination amid the vaccine mandate. One employee recounted his story. During the termination meeting, the human resources person told him, “‘I’m sorry man.’ And I said, ‘Well, I feel like a million bucks because I stood up for what I believe is right.’” He said a prayer after being fired over the mandate, praying, “Father, give me justice.”

  1. I applaud and support the employees of Sandia Natl Labs for standing up to the tyrannical directors in their refusal to get the covid 19 (clot shot) jab. They have every right to refuse to allow anyone to force them to put something into their own bodies especially something that has been proven to be ineffective. How would Sandia labs like a class action lawsuit? Or better yet perhaps all the employees should stand up for their rights as American citizens and walk out. Let them try to run their company without employees. We are now seeing that in the airlines and others. Deciding what goes and does not go into your bodies is a fundamental civil right guaranteed under the Constitution. Continue to resist any attempts by big corporate business and this sorry government to strip you of your rights. You are my heroes!

  2. God Bless you all. You guys standing up is very important. The argument that those who do not want this mandated because we are stupid, uneducated or do not understand science just lost a big foot hold, when ya’ll stood up. I work in the DoD arena and its disgusting the mandates that have come out. If the Biden Admin thinks they can easily find the Secret/TS-SCI, talent, skill, and certifications needed to fill these positions left by people who stood up for their rights, they are all very mistaken.

  3. I support you all 100%. I spent 25 yrs serving my country as a federal employee.I have seen good and bad administrations come and go. What the American hero’s are now facing with the vaccine mandate is unconstitutional. I am vaccinated, but only because that was MY choice not the current administrations order. Please know that there are thousands of us out here that are feeling your pain. God bless you all and God bless the UnIted States of American.💞🙏🗽

  4. Currently work at SNL and love what I do to help secure our nation against all threats. But when the threat comes from inside, what are our options? Hold! Hold the line even if your livelihood is at stake. For 20+ months, I’ve followed every fly-by-night CDC recommendation. Common sense seems to be in severe short supply during this entire event. For the past 2 years the Christian Networking Group has been in scope of being disallowed to exist at SNL. Therefore, the probability of getting a religious accommodation is 0%. Breaks my heart of what is happening all around me.

      1. A letter written by two attorneys (one from Santa Fe and one from Las Cruces), to James Peery, dated July 29, 2021, warned of a lawsuit if he didn’t cease and desist all actions related to the mandate. A fellow Sandian found this July 29th letter on the SNL website. I suggest everyone contact these two attorneys at contact@nmstandsup.org (Ana Garner/Jon Diener). They have all the information to start a legal action.

  5. Anyone up for a class action lawsuit? I work there also and I think there may be a large group that would participate.

  6. I also work for a military contractor and frequently am out at SNL. I have until 12/08 until I get canned and I already had the virus but the Biden administration doesn’t care. I feel for all of you Sandians and the 6 people in my office of 14 who are going to lose their jobs. Be proud you stood against socialism!

  7. Stand up for your rights and freedoms!! Join the Los Alamos folks and sue the sh** out of both places!!! I worked at Los Alamos for over 35 years and the discrimination, ( I was by-passed on positions due to age), and intimidation’s grew worse with every new contract.. Now big Gov’t contractors think they are unstoppable. Let’s all stand together!
