Increasing tax on alcohol is in my opinion a great idea to cut down in alcohol use in any form. People have to feel it in their pocketbook…I suggest they do the same for Marijuana. Ofcourse, there should be detox programs, but the combination of the two is a good policy. I am a retired teacher, and natural and logical consequences work really well to stop a bad habit that hates the person involved, as well as it harms others.
Cheers!
