ABQ Target caught in the middle of ‘LGBT’ product scandal

In recent weeks, Americans have been massively boycotting Target after it was caught pushing the LGBT agenda on kids as young as toddler age by selling inappropriate products targeted toward children.

According to The Daily Mail, “This year’s collection features a range of clothes and home goods, including lime green adult romper suits with the word ‘gay’ on the back; a ‘Live Laugh Lesbian’ t-shirt; and a mug emblazoned with the words: ‘Gender Fluid.’”

“The Minneapolis-based company is selling T-shirts for children with the slogan: ‘Trans People Will Always Exist!’ It is offering rainbow-striped tutus for toddlers for $13, and $10 baby gros which read: ‘Bien Proud.’”

Now, an Albuquerque Uptown Target store finds itself in the midst of the woke controversy.

According to a report from KRQE 13 News, “A woman says an Albuquerque Target refused to sell her a pride shirt for her granddaughter, even though it was out on display. Jessica Corley headed to Target in Uptown to buy shirts for her family to wear to Albuquerque’s Pride Parade. She found matching shirts for herself and her three-year-old granddaughter that said ‘Bien Proud.’ When she got up to the register, the kids’ shirt wouldn’t ring up.”

“She called the manager, the manager came over, and he scanned the item. The same message came up: ‘Do not sell.’ And he said I’m sorry, I can’t sell this to you,” Corley said.

Apparently, Corley began “shaking and burst into tears,” telling the outlet, “It was just an astounding experience and not one that I would expect to be coming from our community.”

“It’s about, you know, my right to purchase an item of clothing for myself or my loved ones that has (sic) a message that I believe in, which is to be proud of myself and to be proud of who I am and to spread that message of inclusivity,” Corley added.
Since launching the woke LGBT clothes and then subsequently pulling them from many stores, Target has lost billions in market share.

  1. I made the decision to stop shopping at Target because of the “woke” agenda they have adopted, and I let their corporate office know. We need to stop pouring our money into the corporate, global elites’ pockets. Shop local and support mom and pop” businesses.

      1. I always shake and cry when Starbuck’s can’t make me my Americano coffee the way I want it. I get devastated, depressed, and I want to kick my dog, except I don’t have a dog…

  2. As a long time out lesbian, I hate that target is part of this push of adult sexuality on children. And no, “trans people” have not always existed. It’s a modern concept. Gender nonconformity has existed since socially driven sex roles, but transsexuality is about 100 years old, transgenderism is maybe 20 years old.

I like the idea of boycotting, but since this agenda is top down, all major retailers will follow suit.

    1. Homosexuality is immoral and a sin. It’s hilarious to see homosexuals come out with their moral outrage about transsexuals.

  3. Now that it has been seen that Conservatives can successfully boycott business’s the support the LGBTQ agenda. We should now all band together and reverse the laws that give LGBTQ people “rights”. Sin can never have rights in God’s eyes! By living in this country, I know that I have to tolerate the LGBTQ community but I can never ACCEPT their behavior as being ok to be allowed in society. In fact as a true Catholic I have to do everything in power to reverse to current laws that say the LGBT community should have rights.

I agree with William Norris. “He [God] hath commanded no man to do wickedly, and he hath given no man license to sin:” (Eccus. 15:21)

  4. She says “ “It’s about, you know, my right to purchase an item of clothing for myself or my loved ones…”. As if business are under some kind of constitutional obligation to sell certain items. Our society has given up real rights and made fake ones.

  5. Stephanie McKenzie

Silly woman. there is no constitutional right to make any store or anyone sell me something they do not want to sell, and actually there is no human right for me to force someone to sell something to me no matter how bad I want it. Kudos to Target for banning the LGBTQ+ clothing for children, our children should not be forced into the political arena because groomers want them to believe something about themselves that is not true.

  6. I don’t believe anyone has a problem with equal rights for all. It’s the special “rights” that are wrong. When certain groups have special rights you have abandoned all intentions of an equal society

    1. Like having a whole month to celebrate. I’m glad that Target is getting the message and I am glad to help them go broke

    2. According to the natural law, and more importantly according to God, sin has no rights. Hence homosexuals can no more have civil rights than murderers, rappers, or child molesters. Sin is sin and has not rights: “He [God] hath commanded no man to do wickedly, and he hath given no man license to sin:” (Eccus. 15:21)

  7. Exactly. They are constantly shoving this woke business in our faces everywhere. It is disgusting. They are coming after our kids.

I do not think adults should be forcing this on small children. Leave the children out of it and let them have fun childhoods. This is getting outrageous. The schools need to keep this out of the schools. School is for grammar, math, and so on. I am so tired of all of this.

  9. It’s already been 7 years since Target opened their women’s bathrooms to men, which is how long people should have been boycotting them.
